I don't see anywhere in there that says you have to stop when approaching a funeral procession on a two lane road. It says you can't pass a procession on a two lane road, I take that as in going the same direction.

The person with the Ohio plates probably didn't know. If I'm on a 4 lane road I don't stop going in the opposite direction.

Why would anyone pay that much money for "training"? It doesn't make sense. That should have been a red flag when they asked for money to "train".
