Have you thought about medical offices? Also, you might want to consider some of the local hotels that rent out meeting rooms but don't have their own restaurant. Many contractors and salesmen give food to their clients for Christmas. If you go to them and offer a free slice of cake with a business card advertising your holiday gift specials you might hit the jackpot. Good Luck.

One of the reasons we hate WaMu is because they refuse to verify funds. We have one person who spends the morning calling banks to verify funds and then makes a bee line to the bank before the funds disappear.
