Honestly, by now, if the majority of citizens were opposed your group would be much larger. Everyone I've spoken to is in favor. Did the lack of mobility last winter convince anyone to buy tire chains? They are relatively inexpensive and many designs are much easier to install than the old "chain" style. Forecasters are saying this winter will be worse. Guess we will see.
