Cool beans! So it does pay to fight city hall.

It's expensive. But it's very nice. And I see a lot of signs out. If you hit them at the right time you won't have to pay an application fee nor a deposit. They have a lot of police officers living there, which I think is great. And yes, they are strict. No cigarette butts in the parking lots, no loitering and drinking beer in the parking lot, which I also think is good. My daughter lived there for a while and got a great deal.
