That's how I cook them on the grill during summertime. I actually slice the potatoes then toss in the melted butter to make sure they get covered good. I like the pieces that get really brown.

It was packed today. A great time for the kids, free food from Jim 'n Nicks and the new hospital is beautiful and state of the art!!! We had a great time and they really had it together!

I've seen this on the news for the last two nights and wondered why nothing had been posted about it. And his family is right, somebody knows something. Hope they find them.

Oh, and don't get me started about the beach!!!! That makes me angry at the garbage on the beach that's just going to get washed into our beautiful oceans. I always take a bag with me when I go to the beach just to pick up garbage. People are so thoughtless.

I thought I made a post last night, but who knows, it's kinda like the twilight zone around here for me. Anyway, Hiram Sudie is awful, always. Hopefully with the weather getting better they will get the trustees out picking up trash, but as soon as they do, it's the same thing over and over again. I don't understand throwing trash on the road, It makes me cringe at the thought of it. But some people are just pigs, like some folks that just open up their door and throw their trash out in the yard. I can only imagine how nasty their house must be inside.

Appalachia really struggles with legal drug abuse and overdose. Opiates.

Gabriel's is very good, very crowded and over priced. But it's worth a trip just for the desserts. I think her name is Johnni and she used to be there a lot, but I haven't been in a while myself.
