Thank you for posting. I can't like your post and I even had trouble trying to post this. I think Pcom is messed up.

Lots of tornados on my side in the east coast. Palm Bay and Sebastian. Port St. Lucie

We have everything put up. We're ready but I don't want to lose trees or power. I had 3 trees on my house during Opal. My son and I stayed up all night and it is scary hearing all of the wind and rain. #ATL is now under a #TropicalStormWarning meaning 35-45 mph sustained winds gusting up to 65mph. Make sure you have the Fox 5 Atlanta Storm Team app for the latest watches and warnings for your area. And they need to go ahead and call the schools closed.

Yesterday it was a tropical depression. Today it's been upgraded to a tropical warning. I'm dreading this and watching my trees bend in the wind. I haven't forgotten about Opal. #ATL is now under a #TropicalStormWarning meaning 35-45 mph sustained winds gusting up to 65mph. Make sure you have the Fox 5 Atlanta Storm Team app for the latest watches and warnings for your area.

I'm hoping they close the schools Monday. They're watching it. September 8, 2017 Dear Parents, Providing a safe learning environment is the top priority of the Paulding County School District. With current weather forecasts, our district administrators have been monitoring and will continue to monitor throughout the weekend information from the Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service. The primary purpose of this letter is help you and your family prepare in the event of a weather-related school closing, delayed school opening, and/or early dismissal. Plea

I'm still in awe of that night. I never thought I would see a hurricane here where I live. My son and I stayed up all night. My husband and daughter slept. The wind was absolutely howling and the rain was pouring. I had this HUGE oak tree next to my deck that I always worried about when storms would come through. So we were watching all of the trees. About 4AM I heard this thump. Nothing dramatic but I knew something had just happened. I opened the back door to the deck and it's pitch black and I can't see anything but this amazing, strong pungent smell of the earth hit my nose.

I'm here, not there. I have a really good neighbor that has keys to my place and he's going to take pictures. I don't have that much down there yet. I did buy 2 new beds ($4000) some furniture, linens, sheets, comforter sets, new washer and dryer but I have reciepts for all of that. It's mainly just the structure and I have plenty of pictures of that. I feel so bad for all of the folks evacuating and the fact that for a lot this is their main home with all of their processions.

So, I gotta laugh. Well, not really but find some kind of humor. I researched this area for a year before I made up my mind to buy there. After all, there hadn't been a hurricane/flooding since 2004. Hurricane Jeanne. I'm on the Space Coast/Treasure Coast. Where the land curves in. Where they built Cape Canaveral north of where I am because it's safe, right? No hurricanes hit the Cape, right? So this is where my little place is. Im actually in the Sebastian/Vero Beach area. Needless to say it's Catastrophic. I guess I'll be going down next week to see what's left. That's why I ha

It's a Cat 5 now. Praying it turns east and goes out Winds are topping 175 MPH right now We need to be prepared for rain and wind It's still too far out. It will be at Cuba by Saturday morning. Depending on how much land it hits or if it stays in the warm waters, it's definitely a monster. .

And they may find even more. I heard them say on the news that the last time they tried to prosecute this man, they didn't have the video to prove. That's why the sheriff put it out there yesterday on FB so there would be no doubt and the proof is there.
