  1. She lost the home in a divorce? That's why she put lives at risk? I'd like to know who the judge was and read the paperwork from the divorce proceedings to see what triggered her (if anything) to be so reckless.
  2. With forgiveness should there be no accountability? Repentence, Restitution, Responsibility?
  3. You can find your legislators here: http://www.senate.ga.gov/senators/en-US/FindyourLegislator.aspx http://www.house.ga.gov/en-US/Information.aspx
  4. I am currently trying to recruit support for Dr. Craig Childress' attached APA petition and state legislation in Georgia. The issue is bipartisan and while similar legislation has come up short in Florida and New York, it has passed unanimously in the Pennsylvania House 195-0. In addition to the support of Georgians for the attached petition, it would be beneficial for everyone to seek the support of the Georgia Licensing Board, Georgia Psychological Association and their district representatives to co-sponsor legislation regarding the mandatory reporting of child psychological abuse. Some ju
  5. Bull market has been ongoing for about 105 months. Trump was President for 13 of them. Was he riding the previous President's coat tails? 36% increase in Obama's first 11 months compared to an 18% increase in Trump's. http://money.cnn.com/2017/10/11/investing/trump-obama-bull-market-stocks/index.html
  6. You must be a corporatist fascist that believes the profits should be privatized and the debts should be socialized.
  7. I don't know what's worse, that you said this or that you actually believe it. I guess if you repeat it you might actually have simpletons believing it too. You don't have to admit it but Pubby dragged your point of view across the fireplace mantel and threw it.
  8. The FCC chair was a former Verizon employee and Verizon directly lobbied for the repeal. Nothing fishy about that. http://reverepress.com/news/verizon-directly-lobbying-fcc-leading-repeal-net-neutrality/
  9. Actually, Pubby is right and you are wrong. ISPs are flush with cash yet they have little incentive for innovation and improvement of infrastructure. In the past there have been attempts at monopolizing services. One clear example is the time when Google Wallet was blocked by Verizon in favor of it's own Isis Mobile Wallet (not the terrorist organization). Things like this happen more often than you know. Most people aren't tech savy enough to know when something affects them. Blocking services in favor of your own is not innovation. If ISPs, such as cable providers carve up the mark
  10. It makes you wonder if the matter is allowed to languish as so many matters do in Judge Beavers' court, will his attorney file a motion saying he was denied his right to a speedy trial and get the whole thing thrown out.
  11. I saw this and I could have answered those basic questions. It's not as if this was a pop quiz. He had sufficient notice to cram study. I wonder if any of the others were glad they were not being asked the same questions.
  12. My daughter has aged out of the system yet I stay the course anyway for the wrongs I believe Tonny Beavers does and has done. All that has come to light hasn't changed your opinions or those of others. Is it really worth it to stay the course? I continue my advocacy at great personal risk and financial jeopardy so that others are aware and their children do not experience what my daughter has been put through. Children should be protected in spite of themselves. I do not believe all children are safe #OnBeaversWatch.
  13. Using the media is not uncharted waters. It has been used for purposes of war many times. Hence the term, yellow journalism. The Spanish American War, The Gulf of Tonkin, passenger ships sunk by German U-boats because they were allegedly used to ship weapons and supplies under the Lend-Lease Act. More recently you have the WMDs fake news about Iraq and blurring the lines creating a false link between 9/11 an Iraq. Social media allows messages of truth to get out that would ordinarily be ignored by the msm. Social media forces the msm to do their jobs and if the news media still refuses it
  14. This was written by a person I've grown to know because we have shared similar experiences. This may as well be an open letter to Tonny Beavers. That there are many judges that do what he does is no excuse. The first quote I cannot confirm to be the case but I have little doubt it is. It is difficult to confirm because judges don't report campaign contributions, much less for uncontested campaigns. http://www.simplyparent.org/single-post/2017/12/12/Dear-Judge---Letter-from-a-Decimated-Parent
  15. Most parents don't shun a reasonable and equitable amount they are morally and legally obligated to pay in support of their child(ren). For instance, I believe I had to pay an exorbitant amount but I paid all of it and was never allowed to see my child the entire time.
  16. It only takes one parent to get two lawyers paid. In high conflict parenting, it is seldom if ever both parents that create problems. Often times courts award custody to the problem parent because that is the parent that will keep paperwork moving and motions filed. This is no accident. This is deliberate and the courts use high conflict situations for their own profit and advantage. Lawyers never want to see an amicable break up. It is the judge's responsibility to make sure lawyers are happy so that they throw campaign parties and make campaign contributions for an uncontested election. Any
  17. You are correct TP. Often these prisoners are forced to work of their arrearage at sub minimum wage. How do you pay off child support arrearage. While working to pay off the arrearage, they rack up prison housing costs that tax payers have to pay. This amounts to billions of dollars over the course of a year for all states. Corrections Corporation of America, Global Tel Link and others rake in the profits and help write legislation through ALEC to keep people in prison while lining the pockets of politicians.
  18. Child support is a large contributor toward the adversarial procedures. Child support isn't about children. More money goes to the system than goes to children. Much is said about Social Security going belly up but most people don't even realize the impact of the money doled out due to Social Security Act Title IV-D and Title V-E. States receiving 66 cents on the dollar for each dollar of child support paid and then being allowed to use that money towards pork projects instead of TANF and welfare for children. Then you have these "deadbeat dad" stings that cost more to operate than the amo
  19. In clear instances such as this one you are correct. But society as a whole is under the belief that somehow it is acceptable for one parent to raise children alone when the other parent is normal ranged and not abusive. That is also a form of psychological child abuse when an unjust parentectomy occurs. You are wading into deeper waters when you make a blanket statement that single parents can do it on their own. I'm sure that wasn't your intention but the system is literally set up for the exploitation of children based on that premise. Greedy lawyers and judges allow manipulation of the
  20. No child should be raised without the benefit of both natural parents if they are normal range and affectionately available. Part of the problem is that "high-conflict single-parents" are motivated by money to have custody of a child they have no interest in raising. The state exploits the system as well with programs such as Social Security Act Title IV-D and Title V-E. When states receive a financial incentive to maximize child support and take children from loving parents it creates broken children, broken people and a broken society.
  21. No words... You can't even protect your children because of some sh!t for brains judge and now you have to ask this same schmuck for custody of your sons. Their mother should be in jail and the judge should be disbarred.
  22. This is the type of thing that I have no doubt happens on Tonny Beavers watch. #onbeaverswatch The Dad claims the mother knows more than what she has admitted. Mom looks totally happy in this photo but what is the expression on the child's face? Is this one of those "perfect life" pics for social media? Mothers parade around claiming the dad is unsafe and then the boyfriend ends up killing the child. She should be locked up too. "Alex Woods is separated from Kristy and said he hasn't seen his daughter in a year, despite a custody agreement that gives him weekend visitation rights." ht
