Is Tonny S. Beavers soft on crime? How many times can/should a judge get it wrong? Does he threaten the innocent unjustly with questionable decisions while turning a blind eye to troubling cases? CBS46 investigates: Unfair bonds “I want them to remember that I tried to get them justice.” This man, who we’ll refer t as John Doe to protect his family’s privacy, says the justice system has let him down. “You don’t necessarily feel like you’re seeking justice,” he said. “You feel like you’re fighting against everyone and everybody.” John Doe has struggled with a Paulding County judge’s decisio

You forgot Joseph Stalin. You're welcome. -
There were governing rules at play when the tax cut bill passed. Selectively circumventing the rules is not an excuse. Let Trump issue the executive order and let the legislation iron itself out. No succeeding Democratic President would undo such an executive order. I hear more excuses why things can't be done and it's the Democrats fault even though the Democrats have no power. Whatever happened to the Republicans being the party of personal responsibility? Of course I jest. The unicorn is a Republican mascot.

The recent tax cut bill passed the Senate 51-48 last December. Democratic votes weren't needed then and they aren't needed now. All they need do is implement the nuclear option. Clearly the Republicans don't want the problem fixed or they would fix it and use the accomplishment to promote themselves during the midterms.
-
What does it matter if Democrats reject it? Push the legislation through or force them to try and filibuster it. Democrats hold no power. It seems the Republicans are afraid do go it alone because if it blows up in their face they can only point fingers at themselves. Well, if they are so sure, pass the legislation and fix the problem.
-
The part where you infer that Democrats matter. Republicans own all branches of the government. The President can write an executive order or Republicans can push through legislation without Democratic votes if they were concerned about doing the right thing. Talk about politicizing an issue. Drag Democrats into an issue when they have no control or say in what is done is clear politicization.

As a parent that has been unjustly removed from my child's life, I agree completely. The lack of compassion by some here is astounding. It reeks of psychological child abuse. Traumatizing children, toddlers and babies, is inhumane. I can only imagine the long term effects of such trauma on the children's development. It reeks of Nazi death camp tactics. When you hear Laura Ingraham lie and say the children are in a summer camp environment, and repeat that it's like boarding school, you can't but wonder if she even has a soul.

The brain has the same chemical response to psychological abuse as it does to physical abuse. The brain makes no distinction. The invisible wounds of psychological abuse have devastating effects.

If there is anything I learned from Tonny S. Beavers courtroom, the old saying is true. You only get the justice you can afford. Be sure to pay members of the bar because they own the courts. #Familycourt #cultureofcorruption. Regrettably, the children will not answer his phone calls just as my daughter does not. This will be as a result of Jolie's acts of coercive control. The claim will then be made that it's not Jolie that is doing it, it's the children, therefore Jolie will claim she shouldn't be held accountable for the children's refusal to answer his calls. ***************************

VOTE FOR CYNDE BATES!

You seem to know how things work. I have different question, how do alleged rapists end up locked up for 2 years with no trial and no bond? And the state can't even locate the accuser??? Does this build public confidence in the judiciary? https://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/teen-suspects-remain-locked-up-without-bond-two-years-after-alleged-rape/756619632 -
VOTE FOR CYNDE BATES!

Thank you. That is good information. I'm sure it benefits the accused to be well connected and or have resources. What time frame would be too long and cause the charges to be dismissed if he didn't waive a speedy trial? Former attorney, Claud "Tex" McIver's trial began 535 days after his wife was murdered. He was sentenced approximately 606 days after the murder of his wife. Would you say that is about average for a higher profile case? Is it reasonable to expect a trial date around October 23, of this year for the accused in this case? For a person without such resources, how long would yo -
It's been a year and a trial date has not been set for Cynde Bates' alleged killer? Why has this matter been allowed to languish? In Dick Donovan's race, Please VOTE FOR CYNDE BATES (write-in) and sign the petition. Let Judge Tonny S. Beavers and other politicians know the outrage will not fade. *This campaign is not sanctioned by the family but if it can happen to Cynde, it can happen to anyone. http://paulding.com/forum/topic/322140-jonathan-bates/?do=findComment&comment=4051047 http://paulding.com/forum/topic/321177-good-old-boys-still-at-work/?hl=cynde&do=findComment&c

Attorney Amy McDougal shares her experiences with a dysfunctional Fulton County Superior Court during a press conference with William Perry of Georgia Ethics Watchdogs. On Tonny Beavers' watch, is Paulding County Superior Court every bit as dysfunctional? #onbeaverswatch

This is why Kaepernick takes a knee, TP. It's NOT about being unpatriotic. Being unpatriotic is supporting public servants that betray the public trust.

I'm not excusing what she did but who pushed her? Was it the judge? It's kind of like football when the person who throws the first punch doesn't get caught but the person that returns fire gets flagged and tossed from the game. The person who started it all gets to walk away with a smirk on their face. Much like a weed if you don't get to the root of the problem, the problem will keep recurring.
