Each of the 4 posts only have approximately 18,500 registered voters...........you can't add them all together for each individual post! The only candidate that everyone can vote for is the Commission Chair. I think you need to go back to 5th grade math class. In the primary David Austin received 7,806 votes, there were 74,865 registered voters, that is 10.426% of registered voters. David Austin received 52% of the voters that showed up at the polls.
