    Let's see, I apply for a job, they request to see my transcripts and college records. I say no way, I don't get the job. In all my years of working I have never had a potential employer ask for my tax returns.

    It is a selfish act, however it shows they finally took a stand for themselves. It's self serving, not because they don't care but because their pain has reached a point that has become unbearable. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. Unfortunately, they don't realize it's only temporary.

    I believe there is a need for leaders at McGarity Elementary School and Poole Elementary School. If your children attend either of those, and you'd like to help with a Pack, get in touch with Just thinkin' hard here and she can put you in touch with the right people. I hear she has connections. Scouting is so much fun for the kids and adults.

    Winston, this is Paulding County after all and the owner of this site is a liberal, after all..............................If they don't see an increase coming out of their wallet, it can not possibly be an increase. On the other hand, it's quite understandable why most business owners are not liberals, but rather conservative.

    I think most packs are still meeting and they will be going to the schools to sign up new boys soon. If you miss the sign up, it's OK, the kids can register any time all year long. Cub Scouts was so much fun!!
