1/2 lb ground chuck 80/20 (need the fat for a juicy burger)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire
Mix well
This makes ONE monster burger!! (YUMMY!!)
Fry up some pepper bacon, sautee some slivered onion in the bacon grease.
Grill burgers over medium heat till medium. (about 140 degrees)
Top burger with slivered onions, bacon, Rosenborg blue cheese and american cheese, mayo, ketchup, and the ever crucial pickle slice!
