Yesterday and today we're pretty awesome. I'll be watching tomorrow for sure. Like her or hate her, you have to admit she's been a huge influence on television and a lot of lives.

I'd TOTALLY buy a "Recipes of P.com" book. You know like how some churches put out cook book. Be a great fund raiser for some worthy cause. -
OH MAN! I hope they all stay safe! How do they know it's an F5?? The Fujita Scale is based he intensity of a tornado by examining the damage caused by the tornado after it has passed over a man-made structure. http://www.tornadoproject.com/fscale/fscale.htm

Remember this commercial? Every time I do something dingy I say "I'm a POTHOLE!", or "I'm pretty."

I don't play well with others. What secrets Papi and I share are ours. And ours alone.

Well I still got time to get a couple of vacations in before the end!

Ed Zachary. Grating cauliflower in your food processor is kind of a messy process. I highly recommend doing it as close to the sink as possible! We put the grated raw cauliflower in a corning ware dish with a couple of Tablespoons of water and pop a lid on it. Then nuke-rowave for 15 mins stirring every 5 mins. Season like Papi says above or just use salt and butter for plain "rice". We usually do 1/2 head of cauliflower which is plenty for the 2 of us and that's about all our food processor will hold at one time. You could do a whole head, but you may have to grate it in two bat

Thanks for posting this pizza recipe! We will have to give it a try and let ya know how it turns out! In the video it shows to cook the cauliflower first, then rice it, but I can tell you from experience, you need to grate the cauliflower BEFORE cooking. See Papi's post above on how we make "rice".

THAT'S INTENSE!!

I admitted that. Sometimes I just have random thoughts of rottenness....

HOW AWFUL!!! I realize this is in poor taste, BUT.......the tornado hit at 6pm.........do you suppose there were people in the town that thought this was IT just a day late?? http://www.kctv5.com/news/27984786/detail.html Sorry....Lord I 'pologize bout that. Please bless all the starving guinea hens across the street. .

Good Afternoon!!! We are all present and accounted for! We have risen but we refuse to shine! My poor DD is wishing her cold bug had gotten raptured. Bless her pea picking heart. She got sore throat, 100* fever, body aches and is weepy crying.
-
What if Macho Man Randy Savage was the ONLY ONE who got raptured?????

Found this on the door this morning. Not exactly sure what to make of it.... -
If it was so "easily" found, one would THINK the old man's children would have found it. Especially KNOWING that he was known to hide money, one would THINK the house would have been check out BEFORE being sold. Just saying.
-
Great pictures! What a lovely gift to have them with you!
-
If the rapture is still coming, can it wait till after dinner?? Papi making some KILLER b-b-sku chicken!!
-
Stay in your room. Drink Vodka....heavily. Eat pepperoni and cheese in a can on wheat thins........... Well.....that's what I WOULD DO! (sad, isn't it.)

Papi and I are still here. Did we miss it??
