Just had lady show up at the house. Said she's with Paulding Tax assessors office and just need to take some measurements of outside of house. She's all official in uniform with ID, clip board, lazer measure thingy and all. What's this about? Ideas? Hope our property taxes aren't about to go up. AGAIN!!

Ground beef stroganoff Brown ground beef with a diced onion. Drain. Add 1 can cream o' mushroom Add 1 container fresh button mushrooms. (optional if your not a fan of the 'shroom) Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Heat thoroughly and add 3/4 cup sour cream just before serving. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Easy quick nice and peasy!

Totally read that and I STILL suggest the one cup recipe. Don't mess with a good thing. Keep it simple. If you try to complicate a recipe too much you end up messing up.

Agreed. Keep it simple. One cup it. Serve warm and topped with Vanilla Bean ice cream. And then bring me some.
