I am a big girl so I won't knock on her size. BUT, no matter what size you are.........you need to wear clothes that fit. Wow.

Glad I didn't do any Black Friday shopping. Now I have a few dollars for milk and bread. I hope Kroger is open today.

While that sounds logical I can understand people asking. Last year some of the stores DID close for a few hours to get ready for the event. I know that because I went there (not to a Paulding County location) and was faced with the fact that they had indeed closed even tho it was a 24/7 store.

This reminded me of something my dad did for me. About a year and a half ago I was having a really bad week. My dad called and invited me to dinner. He made a full, traditional -Thanksgiving meal and it was August. I asked why and he said that he knew I was having a hard time and that I loved Thanksgiving so he wanted to make me feel better. I will never forget that.

The only thing I want this year is a programmable Crock-Pot. They are usually $60 but Kohls has it for $20 on Friday. I can't come up with the $20 so I am a little bummed. My son turns 16 in 3 weeks and really has asked for nothing other than a pair of boots. I am looking for those..

I am SO stinkin tired of people using the race card. A person is not a racist for disliking a person who HAPPENS to be black. Unbelievable. I do not care for Mrs. O either. Not because she is black but because she is married to Mr. O.

My son and I did this one year. We went to a low income trailer park and passed the toys out to the kids we saw. We had more fun giving than they did receiving. With that being said...........there are several lower income complexes in the area that I believe would be happy to see you.

Wherein lies most of the problem today...........the rod has been spared. Just sayin. We as parents are scared to punish our children and are in turn having to force law enforcement to raise a bunch of hoodlums. Let parents parent and cops enforce the law. I am not saying BEAT the kid, just spank them if they need it. I doubt anybody this teacher spanked had lasting issues.
