i will agree to disagree with you on this issue. if the guy did 20 years in service, and ended up permanently injured due to his service, he can live wherever he wants in my opinion, hoa be damned. a 2700 sq foot house is not a shack that would affect property values in any neighborhood i do hope that he gets his house somewhere.
