There has got to be something illegal about all of this. Maybe the news stations would know.

I wish I saw some JK signs, I am scared people will not know his name.

If they were to lose TBS, they would lose TNT, cartoon network and more. No worries, you would have heard of this by now. This is probably just a technical issue.

They addressed it to "The M***** Family" and made it as if I had a settlement. I opened it only to find it was a disgusting letter from Heath.

The answer is to ditch the landline and just use your cell phone. We have only had cell phones for years and I havent had a political call since about 2005.

I am having a wine party at my house tomorrow evening or I would sooo be there. But then again she already has my vote. I had to admit that under oath, lol -
I just got a letter in the mail saying that the US Marshalls office is looking for Bill Carruth to collect on a $2,350,000 debt. Bill Heath has sunken to a new low.
-
So Bill Heath is funded by this secret "PAC" as well according to Peach Pundit. I wonder if this means the other mailers just like his printed by his close friends in the House are funded by this secret group as well? From my view I do not see the math adding up to how some of our candidates are affording this campaign otherwise. There seems to be a lot of shady money that cannot be traced being moved around this election.

I don't know, on the iPad and iPhone it's as easy as pressing "on" on the iPad and press iPad when it pops up on the iPhone. Yet another case of "Droid" not "Just Working".

More on the satellite company & V company fight
Wineguy replied to onekidmom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
There is not a single provider that hasn't lost major channels at one point or another because of contracts. Dish doesn't have AMC channels right now and Direct is fighting Viacom, UVERSE has lost and gained a ton lately, while Comcast is the most expensive so it can pay more. I stay with Direct because all of those shows can be watched easily elsewhere. Direct gave me a lot free because of this Viacom issue and made sure I am happy. They assured me this will be resolved by the end of the month as well. My point is, of all the providers I have had, Direct has had the best video quality, t -
Instead we have her as an elected official, go figure.

I just found this information online. "New license plates became available beginning Monday, May 7, 2012. Any license plate issued prior to December 1, 2003 and having the plate heading “Georgia…on my mind”, is to be replaced at the time of registration renewal, or when a vehicle registered in Georgia for the first time at the county tag office. Registered vehicle owners having a license plate issued after December 1, 2003 and having the plate heading “www.Georgia.gov” including any vanity, prestige, veteran, college or university, or any other specialty license

Here are the choices we had for a new plate. The citizens of GA voted on it. I know I voted for them at each stage of the process. I dont know why or the cost of the new tags, but I guess in my superficial views, I love when the new tags come out. Our Choices

Satellite Company who cx all those stations yesterday
Wineguy replied to buggirl's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Yes, They consider this a seperate revenue stream so it is not effected. Only DirecTV and viewing shows on the network websites (MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, etc.) are effected. -
Satellite Company who cx all those stations yesterday

I would also possibly email Comcast to let them know that you like the Viacom channels, but if Viacom tries to strong arm them to raise the price, you will not be willing to pay it. I am not advocating a war on the media companies as they have to make money to create the programming. However, I think the proper way is to make it all available at a fair price in all venues. Currently most stations and shows are tied to some form of contract and cannot be rented or purchased almost anywhere and can only be viewed how and when companies like Viacom want them to. I would be willing to -

Of course they do. They are Viacom, so their best weapon is going to be confused consumers who they can have complain to DirecTV. -
The new tags became available June 1st. All new tags from June forward will be the new colorful tags.

Satellite Company who cx all those stations yesterday

All of these providers are on multi-year contracts. Direct is up to renew with Viacom, and as a media company they are trying to find ways to increase revenue in the age of people cable cutting. If this works they can use it on all of the other providers and use Direct as a precedence. The scary part is that if Viacom succeeded, other media providers could follow suit and before you know it all channels are 30% more expensive and it is an all or nothing setup. If this happens media companies will find much of their television will be pirated more often or else consumed in other ways in whi -
Satellite Company who cx all those stations yesterday

If you would do some research you would know that the last thing you want to do is switch. They didnt turn off the stations, Viacom turned them off. They then proceeded to turn off all of the shows online so directTV and all other customers couldnt watch them there either. The issue is that all of those stations as a whole have dropped in viewership huge in the last few years, but Viacom is now demanding that all customers pay 30% more for those stations. But what is worse is that they are demanding that all customers have all of the stations if they want any of them. So right now if -

Rep. Braddock's challenger talks about Wednesday's hearing

I will be honest, I never really looked at her. But what I did see she was wearing a business outfit that was all brown and almost matched her hair. Amazingly her attorney did too. -

The hearing was not allowed to be video recorded due to a lengthy request process prior. However there will be audio provided I believe. The court records all hearings and allows audio of it to be released to the public. -
Rep. Braddock's challenger talks about Wednesday's hearing

I agree completely. There are many venues to go down here, but unfortunately as the attorney also mentioned, this is a very time sensitive matter and we are essentially out of time. I am not versed as to if there is even the possibility of appeal, but even if there were it would be well into the voting and by law it is too late to bring any new challenges. It would take a well versed attorney to find a way to get this appealed and to find grounds to have a challenge brought about this far after the official challenge date. -
Rep. Braddock's challenger talks about Wednesday's hearing
Wineguy replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
I do not know him nor do I speak for him, but I do know that the two challenges were in two different ball parks in scale of offense. Bill Carruth was challenged on he didn't live where he said he did, not breaking any actual laws. The D19 Rep was being challenged on owing large sums of money to the Federal, State, and Local governments while not addressing any of them until challenged.
