  1. I believe that is partially correct/incorrect. Paulding county is not dry for retail. Convenience and Grocery are allowed to sell beer and wine outside of city limits. I believe spirits are off limits, that is why we do not have any package stores in Crossroads, New Georgia, or New Hope.
  2. Currently in Paulding the only places that can sell on Sunday is inside of the City of Hiram. Places that are outside of the any city (New Hope) or inside of Dallas City Limits cannot sell on Sunday. Citizens of Dallas would have to be allowed to vote for Dallas City and Paulding County would have to allow us to vote across the entire county for places outside of city limits to sell on Sunday. I know my Publix in New Hope and Kroger in Crossroads will not be allowed until we as Paulding County Voters are allowed to decide as Hiram was.
  3. What are his thoughts on Paulding County citizens getting the right to vote on Sunday Sales? Hiram and almost all neighboring communities have voted and passed it. Paulding County is now losing potential sales and tax dollars to our neighbors because of this.
  4. I am going to give a shout out to all of the people that I had the pleasure of spending time with Saturday evening. LPPT, Surepip, Surepips Daughter, Mrs. G, The General, Kim Cobb, Caped Crusader, Feelip, Melissa Morrison, and many more I am sure I am leaving out.
  5. I know. I was the guy in the backwards Georgia hat. There was so much going on I didnt get a chance to meet everyone. As for Paisano's it was a little subpar for the price under the old management. But I hear it has gotten much better.
  6. I'm just glad they made ure she was mentioned, but the wording makes it Sound as if she is free and clear. I also wish they put more about her owed taxes. I also hate it says Powder Springs. Many Paulding voters may not immediately recognize that she is one of their reps being mentioned.
  7. I have to say that he was AMAZING. It was great to meet so many P.com folks, and I know there were more I didn't get to meet. Between all of the music tonight I felt like I was at a great concert. Mrs. Morrison should have more fundraisers like this, it made for a fun Saturday night.
  8. I am still trying to figure out what was said that was a lie or that was incorrect.
  9. I think I'm blushing. It was great to see You and The General as always. We have Feelip, Caped Crusader, LPPT and more up here now.
  10. I voted today and I didn't hesitate to put a limit on it.
  11. I talked to LPPT this morning and she filled me in. Thanks.
  12. I'm 29 and I read 3-4 a month. My wife is 25 and reads 15-20 a month.
  13. I am going to vote on my way to the Melissa Morrisson meet and greet tonight at Jalapeño Joes.
  14. Lies generally are not backed by documents and facts and if they are, they tend to not be lies.
  15. To each their own, but just so your know I haven't used iTunes in a year or so. It isn't required for apple devices anymore.
  16. What news station. I would love to see the story.
  17. So what exactly about Apple products do you not like. I can understand on phones Android has advantages, but on Tablets there has yet to be a superior experience even come close on Android.
  18. REALLY???? I have been at work all day and just got back into the loop. So there is a chance I may get to actually present my case?
  19. That is how the polls should have worked, "Which High School District are you in". I would proudly state Raider Country.
  20. I needed an option for North-East Paulding. I live on Due-West Road in New Hope which is more the Northeast Corner.
  21. I could be wrong, but I believe that was from the debate a few weeks ago with Carruth, Rogers, and Sen. Heath.
  22. Just because I support a candidate, doesn't mean I do anything in their name. As a matter of fact most of what I say and do is on my own based on my views of hoping people will take steps to become informed and vote for EITHER of the candidates. I do hope Mrs. Morrison wins, but as I said before, I would be just fine with Mr. James. Therefore if someone with my views made the site in question they are not doing it in either candidates name, but in the general view of public interest. y the way I am going to reiterate wholly that I had nothing to do with the site and had no awareness of
  23. The point isn't to support a candidate by making a site and putting a candidates name on there. As I have proven through my own actions, the ultimate goal can be to ensure someone is not elected instead of having someone specifically elected. I support Melissa Morrison, but I would be just fine with having Michael James elected as well. Who is to say that a political candidate is behind the site?
