Ok, let me rephrase this now that the issue has been clarified and it wasnt an issue of them not paying, but an issue of their bank going under and the new owner of the debt not honoring the business payment plan. I find this to be much different from collecting taxes from sales and employees and never paying them to the government. This isnt an issue of the representative not paying on taxes she owed. This is an issue of her never passing along the taxes she collected on sales and payroll. If you think this is better than being the subject of corporate greed then I am glad I will be votin

I am a Patriot at heart (C/O 2001) but they abandoned their Football and Band for years and I was saddened everytime I went to a game that I had more spirit than the students. That and most of my friends brothers and sisters went to EPHS until recently. So I have become a traitor of sorts except for the PCHS vs EPHS game in which I wear my Red White and Blue.

I dont know if it applies or not, but if you have multiple macs the 19.99 is good for all of them. We have 4 that get upgraded for one flat price. There are so many reasons to upgrade, but I love the notifications and the icloud integration makes using my ipad and iphone with my mac that much easier with files. The only thing I have is the posting that was in the now closed topic. I went to the site mentioned and without paying all I can see is that there is a personal lien. but without paying I cannot see who it is by or for what. But the post in the prior thread had a picture of a document and it shows a Personal loan debt, not a Federal, State, or Local Tax Lien.

Ok, so I agree this shows they have a lien. But you do see the difference between owing over $100,000 in taxes and having a personal lien from a 3rd party. That is where my biggest concern is. I do agree this is something that should be addressed and as I have said before, I do not have a vendetta against Paulette, only her lack of following the law she writes.

In all fairness, I see the lien you are speaking of, and I cannot get the information without paying. If you know something we do not, it would be beneficial for you to fill us in. Otherwise this seems like a major farce.

Since details are not being given out as public records, I can only see that their is a file, can anyone give us the details of the lien? Who filed, for what? There is a big difference between having debt and evading taxes. As of last week Melissa not only is current on taxes but is owed money from the IRS.

So was this all about the AJC article or do you have something else you feel we should know about? If so it would be good to let us know so the candidate has a chance to respond. I know the other candidate has chosen not too, but a truly ethical and lawful politician would respond to negative allegations to reassure voters of their qualifications.
