what disc is better to put pictures on.......
CedarcrestPC replied to Mrs G's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I agree with Riptides. 3 copies. 2 different types of media. 1 in a different location. I have a friend who backed up his pictures from a laptop to a USB drive on his desk. He was robbed and they took his laptop and the USB drive he backed up too. Also I've talke to people who backe up to a drive. But delete the pics from their laptop. USB hard drives fail at the same rate if not higher than internal drives. I know I've killed 2 myself by accident. One got knocked off my desk to the floor and the other I dropped while moving it to another room. -
Does anyone have a siding company they would recommend? I have some cement board siding that may need some repair.

Fatality Saturday night at Cedarcrest Rd and Graves Road
CedarcrestPC replied to Tahoe's topic in RECENT TOPICS
If speed was a factor would there not be charges filed? This is terrible for sure, but I don't think the speed limit is the issue. -
I let them play with it for as long as they wanted. We spent over an hour building bridges with lego duplo blocks. Now they are in bed and its my turn

And against unarmed victims the 1.5 seconds it takes to change the clip makes no difference at all. -
I used to work with a team in China. Some of them got a chance to come to the US for a few weeks. The first thing they wanted to do was go to a shooting range. They had never held a firearm.

I guess they just ran out of paper and weren't predicting the end of the world. Who'd a thunk it.

What I don't understand is how it solves the problem. If someone is crazy and wants to kill people they will just find another weapon. Bombs, cars, airplanes, checmical. Mustard gas can be made my mixing household cleaners right?

I use Vonage, Google Voice(with an obitalk box) and MagicJack. Ranked in order of call quality: 1) Vonage 2) Google Voice 3) Magicjack Cost (lowest - highest) 1) Google Voice ($39.99 for obitalk box - free monthly) 2) Magic Jack - ($59.99 first year - 19.99/year after) 3) Vonage - (I'm on the $11.99/month plan. I think $25 signup fee but they waived it) Google voice and Vonage work with my alarm system. Magic jack does not. At one point or another all of the phones in our house have been hooked up to one of these. No issues getting handsets to work with any of them. F

I debated hiring a full time person to work for CPC, but there were a few issues. 1) I have a full time "Corporate America" job that requires a lot more than 40 hours a week 2) Recently I've been asked to travel with less than 24 hours notice, which could lead to some unhappy pcommers if they had to wait an extra week to get their machine back 3) Working out of my house means someone sitting in the same room as me all day doing pickups/dropoffs/phone calls, while I'm on conference calls and such. I've done it in the past and its very distracting and impacts my productivity. 4) In addi

Unfortunately I just don't have time for Cpc anymore. For the last month I've been working 80+ hours weeks and it's still not enough. Many of you that have had computers worked on know I have 2 little ones and I'd rather spend more time with my family and work less. I'll be finishing all existing repairs this week and will of course honor all warranty's. Hopefully I will be able to reopen at some point In the future I really enjoy doing it. Thanks to all of those that have supported me over the last 3 years I truly appreciate it. I'll still be hanging out here probably more so now that no

CedarcrestPC replied to Mrs G's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Actually you just need your member number and they will look it up. At least that was all I needed. You probably need to call them smells like a hardware issue to me. Sorry for the jacked up post. Not sure what my iPad is doing. -
Regular warranty,

I believe this would be a best buy extended warranty, not from the manufacture. I just sent a dell back for manufacture repair about a month ago. They used ground shipping for me
