Just curious, at the intersection of Seven Hills and Cedarcrest Rd., is a road going in to connect with 41 or Dallas Acworth Hwy.?

Mine was $210. and 2100sq.feet, 14 year old unit and both units kept at 75 degrees. Mine hasn't been this low during the summer in years. I think it is due to getting it serviced and cleaned. I had not ever had it done and it cost about $280. through Ragsdale heating and Air. Sure I had to pay that upfront, but I think it's been saving me bigtime. So, maybe look into getting it cleaned and serviced. This time last year my bill was $450. Hope this helps someone!

We went on Saturday for the 1st and last time. We only went to be able to ride in a hot air balloon. We got there around 2:00p.m. We didn't see any hot air balloons. We asked and they said they were running late. I asked about the balloon rides and was told that they would be there around 6:00. We paid our way in and for a kid's wristband to do all the slides and stuff. If you invite, no matter your money situation, then you pay. Since he is 7 there are lots of free things to do that would entertain him and a friend; however, if you want to do something special, that has a cost, then you should pick up the tab. Sorry, that's just the way I feel. My rule for my kids is if we invite we pay and if they get invited I try to remember to send money just in case. When they reach the teenage years, everybody pays for themselves and the "free gift" from parents is the car ride to and from the movies, Six Flags, etc.

A quarter? Come on, that's so 20 seconds ago! The tooth fairy at our house leaves $5.00. If you think about how many teeth they loose over x amount of time then it's not like you're out of a whole bunch of money. Can you even purchase anything with a quarter? Even if they loose 4 teeth at one time that's still only a dollar and even then you can't buy much for a buck.

Not worth the chance! Throw it out and order a pizza! It may cost you more if you get sick and have to miss work or even go to the doctor. I'm very funny about food and meat in particular. I take no chances.

When my daughter got off the High School bus today, she said there were a lot of police cars throughout Eagle Point Subdivision off of Old Cartersville. She said they were parked in various places and were out walking around. Just curious if anybody knows why? Thanks!

I watched and thought it was great! I loved how, even though Carnie has lots of help, that both families seem normal and have all of the same problems we all do. Carnie was funny to me (I loved her carefree self) and Tracy was a "Typical Mom" and I loved seeing that.

Oh Please! Look, the bottom line is that it is unusual to see a bus with blacked out windows, pulling a trailer, parked in various spots around town, several adults, children, and dogs all up in the vehicle with a generator. It's that simple! There is nothing wrong with being aware of things that look out of place. In fact, I appreciate that! It's sort of like a Neighborhood Watch. For all of those that are accusing others of being nosey - you wouldn't be on here unless you were nosey yourself!

I've been seeing this green looking bus with black windows pulling a trailer around town. It's been sitting in the Walmart parking lot on Dallas Hwy. for several days now. I've also seen it at the closed down Huddle House and even at Sams in Hiram. I would say it's people traveling through, but it has Cobb plates. I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this.

Are the cheaper televisions made by not so known companies as good as the more expensive ones. I want to purchase a television for Christmas and don't want to spend a ton of money, but also don't want to throw my money away. I don't know anything about electronics and that's why I'm asking. I recently went to a local pharmacy to fill a perscription. My copay for this has always been $15.00 monthly. I explained to them that I am fixing to be without insurance and I wanted to know the cost without insurance. She said that it will be $8.99. What? That doesn't make since. I asked if she was sure. Everyone should watch Saturday Night Live this weekend. I bet there will be a spoof on this. Also, her parents should be ashamed of themselves. No half way decent parent would allow this- Christian or not. Her facial expressions during some of the interview were just plain sick. I feel sorry for her.

I too absolutely love the channel and watch it alot. I find the shows fascinating. I'm amazed that these things are true.
