Have you ever heard of burning a yard?
jasonclancy0428 replied to dumbestgirlintheworld's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My hubby lit our yard on fire with fireworks this year if that counts? That one patch is looking really good now though! -
Don't know how I would have done high but I scored a 23 on my ACT's drunk and only a 19 the next time when I was sober!

Mine aren't identical either but they look a lot alike. More than double teenagers. The ones above them are 22 months, 3, 5, 7 and 10!

We used to get them mixed up a lot in the beginning. Luckily now I can tell them apart or my husband would have got a permanent marker to give them their first tattoo!

That is who I transferred from too. I hated it there. Isn't it such a better place? And they actually call you back! -
Dr. Battle at Wellstar Primary care in Hiram. Been going to him for 5 years and I can always get in on short notice and there is never a wait.

Need recommendations on a new pediatric office
jasonclancy0428 replied to nschur's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I love love love West Atlanta Pediatrics off of 120 in Dallas. All the doctors there are really good and the nurses and front desk are awesome too. I was referred there by a fellow P.com member when I was unhappy with my pediatric office in Hiram and I am so glad I changed. They do accept BCBS because that is what I have. -

I went to a nursery in Dallas off of Merchant's drive yesterday and I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a while. Long story short.....last February I had a landscaper come out and do 2 grand worth of work and a lot of the stuff starting dying. I had a hard time getting him to return my calls and come out to help me fix the problem. This year I decided to go buy some things and plant myself because I felt like I could not trust anyone to come do it for me. I have no clue on how to garden but I am trying my best. Anyway, I went into the nursery yesterday and t

CHARLIE SHEEN: ANYONE ELSE WATCHING HIS PUBLIC MELTDOWN?
jasonclancy0428 replied to lowrider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
They are in talks of keeping the show and getting rid of his character to possibly replace with a new character played by John Stamos. -
I'd love to pay cash for a house, I'll be happy to just pay this one off early and pay for the kids college. That's awesome you were able to pat your loans off, unfortunately MOST people want. It seems like you are very disciplined with your money, again, most people aren't! I think that's the target audience for these guys, the average joe that is financially clueless. As far as the car, sounds like you bought a crapper of a ride. I personally paid $4500 for my car about 3 or 4 years ago. I do my own maintenance, so it keeps it cheap and reliable. I've put over 90k on it since with

Risk....you aren't accounting for risk. Say you and or your spouse(I hope this never happens to anyone, but things are crazy these days) lose your job, income cut in half or more if you are the sole provider. That 18 month, zero interest loan just turned bad. Why? Well, if you haven't paid that off in that period of time, you're about to start making payments plus interest. You just lost whatever little interest you made plus fees and so forth. I assume you aren't going to pull that money out and pay off the loan, you did just lose your income and may need that to survive. By the w

We turned our back on Blockbuster a long time ago when we went to get a membership and they said we HAD to have a credit card(not debit) to open one. We don't use credit cards at all and thought that was a ridiculous policy! -

I'm all for nuclear power, yes, they have a few incidents in history, but for the most part are very safe. I say we go nuclear and electric cars, with much better battery technology.
