Oh no....... I watched Marley and me with my young children thinking it would be a family friendly movie. Didn't realize I was gonna have to have the sex talk with them afterward!

Yeah looks like it is only gonna get weirder. And I read that it was the highest ratings ever for that network so looks like they will be picking it up!

I totally agree with all of the above I hope so too but after watching the previews I am not so sure he is or maybe that is just what they want you to think.

I really don't know. There are a couple of theories floating around. Like the house changes their perception, she is a succubus or she is a ghost that can present herself as the young her or the old. Towards the end the neighbor told the housekeeper "don't make me kill you again."

Not sure if it is on demand but it comes on wednesday nights. If you like the horror genre you should like it. Need to watch the first one though cause there is a lot of information. We were left going WTF did I just see?! FX on Wednesday

Got around to watching it last night and I really liked it. So what do you think? Any theories on what's going on? Is the teenage mental patient a ghost? What about the housekeeper and the neighbor? Oh and lets not forget the man in the leather suit. I have to say this reminds me a little of Amityville Horror.

Thanks so much. These are really good points that you have made. I know it is not somewhere I would want to live but were thinking some of the same things you brought up as good reasons it would make a good rental property.

Thanks for your advice and concern. The realtor we are working with is not someone we just picked out of a google search. We have known her for years and we know her record. She has been very good at explaining the ends and outs to us and showing us the paperwork to back it up. Unfortunately we have dealt with the kind of realtors you are talking about and learned our lesson the hard way!

We are working with a realtor that has a lot of experience. We are paying cash for the houses. We know what the neighborhood looks like on paper but wanted to know what people that may be familiar with the subdivision thinks of it. You know just trying to cover all the bases before we invest. We already have one rental property and even in the nicest of subdivisions you can still end up with a crappy tenant.

Yeah I had that suspicion myself but the neighborhood seems nice(during the day) may be a different story at night.

My husband and I have started our own rental property business and we are buying foreclosures to fix up and rent out. We are looking at a couple of houses in Bartlett Square off of 278 down by Paulding High and wanted to know if anybody knew anything about the neighborhood. TIA

I like svu tonight too. But I think Olivia looks older with the long hair. She really made you feel the loss of Stabler though.

I only caught 2 and a half men here and there but I liked the premiere with Ashton. I can't wait for Supernatural, Bones, House and law and order svu. I have vampire diaries and the ringer on DVR I need to watch. Also ready for criminal minds and last but not least DEXTER!!!

I have twins that will be a year old sept. I am getting rid of a bunch of this stuff. I have 2 bouncers, 2 swings, well 2 of everything. All of it was bought brand new and is nice stuff. We recently got one of the Coby(I know cheapo brand, but trust me) Kyros 7015 tablets from our rewards points at our bank. It is a great movie unless you are watching it with your 9 year old who hasn't had the "sex" talk yet. Made for a very awkward moment in the Stanley house....
