  1. I'll see if I can post some "sneak peek" pics tonight. I don't want to give toooo much away, but I want y'all to see how off the chain it's gonna be!!
  2. I love it!!!! I've been in the mood for fall ALL SUMMER, since we started building the hayride. Jason put out some cornstalks and hay bales throughout the ride a couple of weeks ago, and I was so excited I was jumping up and down!! Fall is my FAVORITE season. I was going to cook a pot of chili last week, and he was like, yeah, it's still a little too hot for that! But it's not too hot today! I LOOOOOOOVE IT!
  3. Hey LisaG, I talked to Jason and he said that if you are a sponsor on the t-shirt, you can set up a booth at the all-day Fall Festival on the 31st as well.
  4. Not necessarily. You can be a sponsor and be on the tshirt. Call Jason. He'll see what you're wanting to do and let you know.
  5. You can absolutely do a scene if you'd like! Just call Jason at 770-875-8802. We have a couple of creative individuals out there doing some scenes, and we'd love to have yours!
  6. Awesome, y'all! Thanks to everybody that asked about flyers. We don't have flyers, per say, but we have posters and cards, and we will definitely get some to y'all over the next week or so. Nemie, I'll have Jason drop some off to you today or tomorrow. WTA, I want to come to your sale anyway, so I'll bring you some then! Hey doodlebug, when does the Spirit store open? How can I get some posters/cards to you? Thanks, 1novella, we were glad to help you out! (And thanks for your loyalty...it's okay if you go to the Halloween store! ) LR, we'll be glad to take an
  7. potty training a puppy...okay prayer warriors!
  8. Things are really coming together over at the Junkyard! We are working day and night! We've got some real talent over there putting scenes together, and it's going to be soooooooooo scary!!! Can't wait to see everybody there!!
  9. With kids, I'd rather live in the quiet neighborhood on 2 acres. (The fact that it has 2 acres is awesome!) Are you right up next to other houses in the n'hood, though? Like, is the lot longer than it is wide? That would be a factor for me, too. I grew up right behind McEachern High School, and could always hear the band/football games/etc... We were used to it, but it's not something I'd want to do now.
  10. I voted C, but I like the writing in the sky in B. His niece in Powder Springs used to keep my kids when they were babies...she's a sweetheart. She used to bring J. Robert to church and he'd sing "Jesus Loves Me". I remember him walking around Dallas when I was little, too. He's an icon around here, for sure.
  11. Go to this website and complete the "Indigent Waiver Form" on the left hand side of the page. Fax it back to ADR, and hopefully you can get your mediation fee waived. Both mediators I have dealt with have been great, but when the issue is not resolvable, it's just not resolvable. Get them to put a Floyd Clause in next time so that if he doesn't pay ONE PAYMENT, it can go back in front of the judge and he will go to jail.
  12. Just talked to Jason, and he said he'd donate more than 2. He's on a roof removing a tree right now, but he'll be in touch ASAP about getting the tickets to ya!
  13. Great! I'll have him call you and arrange a time to meet! Thanks!
  14. Ok, PM me your number and I'll have Jason call you and let you know when he's gonna be over there. I'm thinking he won't be there til Thursday...is that okay?
  15. Yeah, but like I said in the other thread, with lumber prices being as low as they are right now, you'll be hard pressed to find a reputable company to take them down for free. You'd be much better off going with a known, insured company to have them removed. Xtreme Tree Worx is a commerce member on here, and they are experienced, reasonable, and insured...not to mention they have done tons of work for p.commers and in the community! 770-895-4655
  16. The price of wood is down so low right now, I don't know if you will find someone reputable to do it for free. And even if they show you documentation, call the insurance company and verify that it is in effect, just to be sure. Have you called Xtreme Tree Worx?
  17. Yep, a lot of them claim to be "claim specialists". This confuses a lot of older folks who think they are FROM their insurance company.
  18. Coco butter works really well, and it's affordable. I've always used Palmer's.
  19. The guys at the junkyard said it was really bad. Prayers for those involved.
  20. Welcome! Glad to see you here...paulding.com is a GREAT place to advertise. This is one of our sponsors for the Hayride, y'all! Give them an extra warm welcome!
