Are you for or against the airport?
cookies are sweet replied to crossroads's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Here is another story, by the way I found both of these stories on Allegiant Air's FB page. (I used the wife's account) From what I can see, the big problem with this company is not so much they have issues, it is that when they do have issues, no one can get anyone from Allegiant Air to respond to the complaint. This is from KEKE News, dated March 25, 2014: "My husband has passed away and I can't use the tickets", Marjory sobbed. "I just want a cash refund." The 75 year old widow was offered a voucher for a future trip. But Marjory said she won't be flying anywhere. She tried ca -

Yeh, they ain't the best when it comes to customer service. From what I can see, if everything goes ok, then you are fine, but if something doesn't go ok, then you are screwed, BIG TIME. Apparently the customer service department is staffed by......a voice mail box and that is all. Here is what they did to a man who's wife of 40 years died suddenly. From Fox News: "Allegiant Air says it is refusing to refund a Washington man the price of his round-trip tickets after his wife suddenly died." To be fair, it appears that American Airlines may have started the same policy. Here is the li -

They advertise? Where can one find these advertisements.....uhhh.....just wondering.....you know.....so I can avoid those places and things like that. (besides, I doubt the boss lady would authorize the expense and I am not allowed my own money) (I mean, I can do what I want, I'm the king of my castle!) god I hope she never sees this -

Good for him, smart boy. (and I bet he has a proud mama and rightfully so) If he was a doc, I was wondering when he would "win" me in a poker game with the other docs and I would find myself adding him to my rotation of doctors. I think that is how every 6 months I get a new doctor to start seeing. -
I hate to admit this, but I bought the Computers for Dummies book. BTW, did you know they have a whole section in the book store devoted to dummies? How bad is that, you go in and say, "I am looking for a book that will help me understand this computer stuff and I need something real simple." and they send you to the dummy section? Anyway, here is the part I hate to admit, I had to return my book, I couldn't follow it. The clerk was real nice and suggested that perhaps I might be able to follow the Computers for Idiots book. Sadly, I had to return that one also. My brother, who is a big

I want to thank satellite for trying to help me understand the technical stuff in pubby's post on why pcom was down. That was a very nice thing for them to do, taking the time to try and help me understand. So I say thank you for your efforts, you are a kind person to do that. Sadly, the effort was for naught. I am one of those who when someone speaks computer talk or internet talk, this is what I hear. I blame my parents. (no, I don't have a reason, I just haven't blamed them for anything lately and it's their turn)

If you are a transplant...should you be at fault?

I quit reading after the Fresh Prince stuff. I believe in quitting on a high note and for whatever reason, I have always enjoyed that. Thanks. -
:shaking my ugly head slowly: It's y'all, not you all. And I take exception to my head being called ugly, but the good news for you is my head is ok with it. Go figure. (he has always nodded or shook to his own drummer, mostly Keith Moon, so that should tell you something) Mmm hmm, funny how when it suits us, we believe the government and when it doesn't suit us, we don't. I still stick to my, I will believe what I see and know over what any government tells me. I somehow hear the FBI saying, "Who are you going to believe? Me? Or your lying eyes."

Like I said in my other post, what's the problem, we're giving out waaaay stronger stuff every day. I understand that the reason this bill didn't pass was because someone tacked another bill to it at the last minute. I say we string that guy or gal up by whatever they have to string them up by and then re-vote on the pot oil bill. Heck, if an virulent anti legal pot guy is for this, who is against it?

Ok, Ok....It's me, I'm at fault. I moved here for the last time in '98, I was the advance scout. I started slowly infiltrating the neighborhoods, the schools and the airport. I then stepped up my game to pcom, where through my vast knowledge of computers and the internet thingy, I got information on all the people in Paulding. Then I alerted my crack squad of crooks to descend on the county. (they are not called a crack squad because they are very good, they are called a crack squad because they are on...well you get the idea) We are starting slow, but soon we will rule the county! Then -

Did he have the word CHEVY on his back window? It sounds exactly like the roid raged moron that did the same to me. He was very lucky I decided not to pull the gun. Edited: I changed trigger to gun, as I had not gotten the gun out. But I was thinking of grabbing it, when the steroid muscle boy roared off.

The step-daughter sure is toking on it. Like I said, I am all for using it to help those who it truly helps. Why wouldn't we, heck we give them stronger drugs now. I do not know enough about it to make an intelligent comment about how to go about providing it, but it shouldn't be that hard to find a reasonable middle ground. And this is from someone who is dead set against making pot legal. (BTW, I use the word pot, because it is easier to type)

I moved here because the ex moved here and I wanted to be near and a part of my son's life. I am from Cobb County and lived in Smyrna for most of my life, with around 6-7 years in Cherokee County. I'm not fighting the airport, but I am fighting behind the scenes deals and the breaking of promises, no matter what the subject. The people who were old timers in Cobb didn't like the influx of people and the county went through some major growing pains. The people who were old timers in Cherokee didn't like the influx of people and the county went through some major growing pains. Both coun

I am not against medical pot, but I am against medical pot for any reason. Like the wife's daughter who has it for..........I guess because she wants it. This is a serious question, can't they get the "whatever" that is in pot that helps people and put it in a pill or liquid or something and let the smoking part alone?
