Chicken and dumplings. Chicken and "sauce" was in crock pot alllllll day. Yum. I added the "dumplings" at 6:00, and let them cook and adjusted the broth thickness until 7. Mmmmmmm....

Been watching Jimmy since we moved out here and he was playing at Jalapeno Joe's when it was called something else. Yes, his family is super talented. I love to hear his sister, Lisa, sing, though I haven't heard her in forever.

Dont get me started on TN I miss it dearly. My grandma lives on an acre in Soddy Daisy (north of Chatt) and her property tax is less than half of mine, and we have about 1/8th of an acre. Tags are $25 every year no matter what you drive, unless you are in Chatt city limits, then it's an extra $10. I miss home..... I do not even want to know what my new Explorer is going to cost.

Who knows. Talk about neighbors... at least it was just a call. My neighbor (who no longer lives in this state) was an older, but attractive and fit single lady with a 16 year old. She'd come over to ask my hubs for all kinds of help... like, "Can you hold the ladder while I clean the gutters with the water hose?" while wearing shorty shorts and a white t-shirt. Yeah.
