  1. It's the closest I've come to the rice we had at all the places we ate while in Cabo. 1cup of white rice, 2 cups chicken broth, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp butter, some corn and peas (about 2 palmfuls of each). Bring to a boil, coverand cook on low for about 15 minutes. Lol
  2. Oh, I thought the video was about it. That's terrible that he died.
  3. Oh no! I can't watch the video on my phone. How did he die? I knew what you meant. I was just messin with ya!
  4. LR, here is a good sandwich you can make at home. Not a cheesesteak, but close. LOL CreativeOne posted this forever ago, and I have been making it ever since. I may have changed it a bit, but we eat it all the time. 1 take and bake baguette from Kroger 1/2lb or more (to your liking) thinly sliced roast beef creamy horseradish sauce (Boar's Head is what I use) Provolone Cheese Au Juis Bake the bread according to directions. WHen cooled enough, slice long-ways the whole length. Spread one side with desired amount of horseradish sauce (careful, I've taken my own breath away before ).
  5. LOL Hubs is from PA, and when we went up last year it was his first trip back in forever. He ate his weight in cheesesteaks and chips. There is another brand, similar to Utz, that is up there, too. I forget what it is but it was yummo! He loves the chips with Old Bay seasoning. (nasty to me! lol) ETA: Herr's is the brand I was thinking of.
  6. That is what happened with me. I was at the position I accepted for 9 years.
  7. Did you call your wife a ho??? I kid. No, I have never heard of Ammatos, but we had Pat's and Geno's. Pats was good, too, but I liked Geno's better.
  8. Steak fajitas with flat iron steak, bell pepper, and onion. And my version of Mexican rice on the side.
  9. Philly Connectio is good. But nothing beats Geno's in Philly
  10. IDK. I'll need more info... ::grabspopcorn:: J/K I really don't know. Just call them and tell them you don't want a car in your driveway, and then explain the situation.
  11. Randstant (sp?) is a good one, too.
  12. I wish I could help more... maybe soon BabyB will be at a point where I can. I just don't think the other volunteers want to hear a screaming baby while they work I really think this is an awesome program.
  13. I know. Jenilyn made pepper steak the other day, but used no peppers. Silly girl, she is.
  14. Did you use peppers? We had sketti with my MIL's delish homemade sauce. God love her-ever since BabyB was born she makes and freezes me a batch in individual servings.
  15. I think you might be right..... We had Sal's carry out for dinner. Too much going on today to cook. I'll cook tomorrow.
  16. In addition to Surepip's post, you don't "sale" an item. You sell an item so it's on sale. Ex. For Sale: I am selling a boy's bike for $5.
  17. Hey, y'all. I was mistaken. The coupons are for Chef Boyrdee. Ooops. I forgot the Spaghettios are Campbell's products. Even so, .49 a can is still a super good deal. I'll be going to Kroger later when I can, and I'll let y'all know what I find. Maybe the Chef Boyrdee stuff is on sale, too.
  18. Just FYI... Right now Kroger has Spaghettios on sale for .99. UNLESS you buy 10, then hey are .49 ea. The Buy 10 program is also mix and match. AND, I think there's a coupon out there for .40 off 3, which doubles to .80. The q makes them .23 a can.
