  1. LOL Hush! I love that place LOL Thanks! I was just wondering; I saw your other thread about it.
  2. Thanks for the reminder! Will the bakery be there, too?
  3. IDK. I am so dern tired I haven't even thought of it yet. Either cereal or smkked pork chops, green beans, and left over bacon ranch pasta salad from the weekend. Probably cereal. Thanks for the recipe! I will have to try that soon.
  4. Then no, we didn't get one. And neither my husband nor I voted in the last primary. We forgot.
  5. Did you get it today? I live in dist. 19 and I haven't seen one yet... If it came in today I will not know until around 6 if I got it.
  6. Seriously. Although, I do find myself chuckling at this, though, LOL. I'm sorry, I heart the popo, but it does make me giggle. My husband's office got broken into one night, so he had to go down to meet the cops in Smyrna, near 285. He got there first, and saw the first cop pull into the parking lot. The cop was driving thru the lot, looking at the damaged office window, and then slammed into the one and only light post, into the concrete "ring" at the bottom. Poor guy; MrB couldn't not laugh while the cop called the PD to get a wrecker out there to tow his cruiser. So not funny, bu
  7. This is what my mom does. Though, I must say, I have been out weeding in the flower beds, and just came in to cool off. I am totally dripping with sweat. And this was the first thing I saw: "Deviled Eggs" LOL. Sorry. I hope they turn out well, though! 'Cause I do love them!
  8. LOL! Did you see the trainer and player that got into a fight? The trainer walked away, then stopped and threw his whistle out into the woods! LOL - we were laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes. and those horns are nerve wracking. It's like a bazzillion bees swarming
  9. Is it kinda like how Steel Magnolias makes you feel? I love thtat movie - I've seen it hundreds of times and still cry like a baby every.single.time. No, don't tell me. I'm gonna watch it, hopefully. MrB is in for a treat. lol
  10. lol Yeah right... I know I couldn't and I don't even have kids. LOL
  11. Ugh. I hate you. Two weekends ago was cry movie marothon. Now I have to go and watch this. So I guess Today is going to be cry day. Is it really good though?
  12. Well,in Hiram at my house we had some limbs come down in the woods, and a couple of small ones blew into the yard. And I was afraid our cherry and the neighbor's tree was going to come down. It really snuck up, and it got dark and windy all of the sudden. The clouds looked so bad that MrB and I thought for a minute there might be a tornado. There wasn't one of course. So, now after he cleaned up the yard all day until we were going to go to the pool, we will have to re-clean to get all the sticks and small limbs and leaves that are all over the place.
  13. Well, what if a lady cries when you pull her over? LOL - I did that, but not for sympathy from the officer. I really couldn't help it. I am a big baby. I still got the ticket, and he was really nice about it. Look, whatever anyone says, I appreciate LEOs, and I am glad they are there. They keep me and my family safe, and do the job I would never be able to do. So, with that said, thank you to you, and all other LEOs on here. Oh, and firemen. I love me some firemen.
  14. I didn't see this video earlier... What the heck? Why do they even have to make this video?
  15. I did something similar. I got pulled by a Powder Springs cop running a yellow light; it turned red before I could make it thru. I was fumbling in my purse. I did go to court, thinking I would plead NOLO. Well, I didn't. I was guilty, and knew it. I plead guilty. I just couldn't, in good conscience, do otherwise. But, that is just me. And the cop was hawt, so that helped, too. ETA: I think it cost me $97.00 and no points.
  16. It did here too, really fast. We were in the back yard, sweeping clippings and were about to come in to pack up. Then all of the sudden the clouds closed in. As I am typing this, it just started to rain.
  17. LOL thanks! As you can see, I lasted about a half hour. I pulled about 4 weeds, and pulled back 3 kudzu vines that were coming thru the fence. Poor MrB, we got up this morning and the kudzu was crawling through the fence and wrapping around it. I think it's the rain we've had everyday around 5-6pm. He pulled it all back, except for the three I got. LOL. I guess he gets whatever he wants for dinner tonight! And some sweet tea. I think we may just head up to the pool for the rest of the day, seeing as how I've had a tough one and all. LOL
  18. Nuthin. My hubs is working in the yard. I told him he was dumb LOL. I keep saying I'm on my way to help, but I am playing on pcom. It's so HAWT. I did manage to shower and go get toilet paper, so I haven't been totally unproductive. Arg. He's calling me now. I am going out now.
  19. Wow. Just wow. That really is unbelievable. It did link to a really old thread on here, too. That was a very awesome read. I wish I were on here back then. ETA: I forgot to tell you thanks!
  20. What?! That happened? When was that? Unbelievable. I feel the same way PsycoMom does on this. It just doesn't make sense. Maybe I have read way too many Anne Rule books and other true crime/forensic books. Things just don't add up. I may be wrong. The only thing I know for sure is that my heart hurts for this poor little boy. I never, ever, ever can understand why children are victoms of crime like this. I wish they would hurry up and find him.
  21. Usually at 8. I guess you're right - it should be okay before 8.
