No, mine don't, but it irritates me to no end when I hear others do it. Often I hear grandparents say things like. "We've tried to get her into preschool...; we've been working on potty training...; etc." unless the grandparent is a tuly raising the child, then no, "we" aren't.

I understand what she was saying. I thought it was ridiculous. This is just my opinion, of course, but helicopters dropping Easter eggs from the sky is silly and bit much. However, many churches did that this year... Here, in Chattanooga, and even Nashville were I spent Easter. Seems to me a church could use that helicopter cost to provide (extra) Easter dinners to the needy with that money instead.

We will probably be going again this week! Also, FTR, I asked if he was Cuban in another thread, but that is only because I've never had Cuban food not made by/in an establishment not owned by a Cuban and it still be good. For the things I buy, TJ's is often times lower than Kroger on comparable products. Example, their cereal bars. TJ's organic, all natural cereal bars are $1.99/box. At Kroger, Kroger brand cereal bars are $2.79 (last time I checked) and the first or second ingredient is high fructose corn syrup, followed by a long list of junk. Their eggplant cutlets are $3.59/box for a lot of cutlets (about equal to two-three whole eggplants) Also organic, and very tasty. Jelly at TJ's is organic and has NO high fructose corn syrup, and if I remember correctly is about $2.50 a jar. I can only find jelly/jams

It's hard to say... Harry's has the biggest and best selection; Trader Joes has better prices, but a smaller selection, but very good quality. I try to make a run that way once a month. Trader Joes is just down the road from Harry's, so I figure I may as well go there also. I start at TJ's for some fruits/veggies, but mostly freezer foods and snacks for BabyB. Most of everything, if not everything, is organic. It really does depend on the shape of your eye, etc. He really should be fitted for a pair. I go to Dr. Woods and have VSP.its only $30 for a contact lense fitting. BUT that may be because of my insurance and/or because its done during my yearly eval.

We live a pretty good ways from there and it was still warm when he got home. MrB said they just opened Friday, I think he said. So, it may be because they are still working out the kinks. We just ate. Wow! It's really good! MrB was surprised. We had Cuban sandwiches, mojo ham and cheese empanadas, black beans, fried plantains, and the flan dessert thing (i forget what its called). Yum! The beans were so-so. I'm not a fan of cilantro and these have it. To most people, this would be fine, as it isn't a ton. But I am sensitive to it. Lol We will for sure be back! Ugh. Reading this has both made my stomach eat itself and long for Key West... There is nothing more beautiful than watching the sunset at Mallory Square after a delicious dinner at Meson de Pepe... I NEED to be there, like now. LOL I will let you know... I really hope it's good - MrB will be so disappointed.

MrB grew up in Miami and loves Cuban food. LOVES. We've been craving El Meson de Pepe lately. The Cuban place on South Cobb closed so its been awhile since we've had Cuban. So, I told him about this place and were having it tomorrow. Lol I really hope it's good, because his order is huge. Lol

I can get to Cobb or Polk faster than I can get to Hiram. So, sucks for Paulding the revenue they will lose to other counties. Ya know, the most irritating thing about this whole issue is that I have a group of people telling me how I can and can't live my life; what I should and shouldn't do.
