Tuna casserole. Not very exciting, I know. what's everyone else having??

I have made lots of mistakes while being a parent, Looking back there are a lot of things I would do differently. I've seen the shows, imo this one was quite mild. We should all consider the editing is well. Let's not be so gullible. And telling someone their kid is not cute is plain mean. This whole thread makes me sad. Live and let live people.

I think the op is taking an undeserved bashing over this. We might not like or agree with pageants but she's not doing anything illegal. I get tired of moms judging other moms. I know I've been guilty of it in the past but I'm trying to work on that. She is not obligated to explain herself.

yeesh, I haven't been to six flags in a very long time. I can't imagine waiting an hour to ride a ride. I could be wrong, but it seems like nowadays it's always so crowded it wouldn't be much fun to go. Just call me debbie, debbie downer.

I'm 100% positive. Of course that could change, I'm not naive. As of now, she would rather listen to music, draw and read than hang out with any boy. I'm hoping it stays that way for a while. and when I say smart, I don't mean she's a genius. I mean she has a really good head on her shoulders. You would have to meet my child to understand, she's like a 55 year old in a 14 year olds body. She is oddly mature for her age. It's surprising, considering I am her mother.

Technically yes, at 35 I am old enough to be a grandma. My daughter is 14, but she is way too well supervised and smart for such a thing.

Thank you, that is sweet. I have a lot of respect for mei lan. She is always respectful, stands her ground on her convictions but also has a very open mind. I like The Postmas a lot. He really does make me think and I often enjoy his sense of humor. I've also enjoyed Crabbydaddys posts lately, he cracks me up. There are definitely more, I just don't have time to type all that right now.

I have read that also. It is being questioned how he could afford all of his "equiptment" on his own. Lots of conspiracy theories already. some of them do make me wonder.
