I remember you posting about this... I had a dude swerve across 3 lanes on I-20 and hit me. Guess who got sued? They tried to claim that I crossed the lane and hit them despite witnesses. Don't worry until/unless you receive a summons from the court. Then get a lawyer.. and countersue.

I watched the 15 min short about him and the situation that led to the CMH... In addition to what he did, the fact that he doesn't want it makes me believe he deserves it.

Married once... high school sweethearts.. she was my typing teacher. I was 18, she was 42 when we got married... 4 kids and 22 years later, we are going strong. I mean, aside from the 3:30 dinners and her going to bed at 8 every night.
