  1. She was one of the top photographers when I worked at Bridal World. She was great at her trade and a super nice person.
  2. We were told by insurance no cleanup unless it hit your house,boat or fence. If it just hit the yard . nothing. Maybe all insurance is not the same..
  3. My son lives in Clear Creek and I would like to Thank WR for the dumpster that was brought in for use for debris. You'll never know how much that meant. Also to the volunteers that helped my son stack some wood from a fallen tree. God Bless!!!!!!!
  4. Clear Creek up buy the airport has been hit bad also.
  5. My son lives there and has house damage with trees in yard also. He said it was bad.

  8. I live right at the bottom of the first bad hill on the right. That would be my husbands Uncle with the flag. His wife died many years ago. You probably met his girlfriend. He suffered a stroke a few months ago and has since lost both legs due to diabetes. He is a amazing man. Thanks for asking about him. I have not heard anything else.

  11. If you have the social fixer app (better facebook)on your FB and use it, it tells you when someone deletes you. I went through a stage awhile back when I was having friends and post deleted and I never did it,but it happened. Doesn't bother me if I'm befriended.
  12. Anyone hear what's going on down Graham Rd? Firetrucks and emergency vehicles have been going down. Praying everyone is OK.
  13. Ruth was my husbands Grandmother. Thank You for setting the record straight. When I read that in the Patch it did upset me.
  14. Thank You very much for this. I know that they did not build it but they did not lose it either. It was sold in the late seventies. My husband's Great Grandfather lived there until he moved in with his daughter but he still owned it. My husband and myself looked at it before we built our home. There was a blacksmith shop on the grounds at one time or so Ms. Ruth always said. It was a beautiful place and could be again.
  15. Lake Road in Hiram use to be the place to go for wild plums. Grew everywhere on the side of the road. Spent many hours on a bike and with a paper bag during plum season on that road. We have some on our deer property in South Ga.

  18. I worked at a Bridal/prom store and I am sorry to say that those dresses look like night gowns according to some I sold. One of the worst ones I ever sold was bought buy the girls Grandmother for her. At the time I had a jr/senior in high school boy, better believe I jotted down some names just in case he brought one home...lol
  19. It sat at the Huddle House on business 6 for a couple of days at Christmas.
