3 miles - she could always ask a LEO to drive her home My MIL is supposed to go to work (in Kennesaw) -
My idea of "middle class" is $65 - $85 range. "lower middle" would be $55-65k That's MORE than enough to live on comfortably - If I made $70k a year, I wouldn't NEED to ask for a grant. If I was asking, obviously, I'm buying more house than I need. JMHO. so really, I guess what I'm thinking is..... the cut off should be LESS.

you lost me. $85,000/year IS middle class. ?

LOL - this is so true. I have enough powdered <gasp> milk to nurse a third world country - I think everyone should keep at least one can on standby - then you don't have to FREAK OUT if you can't find a gal of milk. FYI: Publix in New Hope restocked everything - bread, milk, etc. Told me that yesterday was busier than the day before Thanksgiving! (they also have plenty of double AJCs. big display is around the corner from express checkout & LOTS of firewood just inside the door) -
Wonder if you could put an ad in the New Era? that was really nice of you to rescue the pooh bear!

I agree, food donations will go down even more so than they have already with rising costs, but my first concern is my family, my next concern is my neighborhood - lastly, another country's hungry - we have hungry people in our own backyard, always have. but that's another topi

maybe this will prompt more people to garden It would also be great if those of us who wish to, could have a few laying hens in our backyards, even in a subdivision.

Here's a quick peek at Dave's classes within 25 miles of zip code 30132 Looky Here For anyone that feels like their boat has too many holes, or for those looking for retirement or investing info - check it out - the first class is a freebie, but it's well worth the $99 for the full course. If group classes aren't your thing, just read the book. It's fantastic. I'm sure you could find a copy at the BookWorm, or the local library. Total Money Makeover Book And my THANKS to zoo for teaching me how to do that neat trick!!
