We refinanced back in the fall. We lowered our rate by a percentage point. Although our homes value has dropped $115,000 from its high in 2005, the appraisal still came in 100k more than we owed. So for us it made sense. Each case is different. We used BB&T. They have serviced our mortgage since we bought in 1999. I like them because they don't sell their mortgages.

I am assuming that they just grated the cauliflower to make a "rice" We do that with it. We grate the uncooked Cauliflower in the food processor then put it in the nukrowave in a covered corningware dish with a couple tbsp of water and nuke it for 5 minutes, stir, 5 minutes, stir, and 5 more minutes with 2 tbsp butter and stir it again. I usually doctor it up with basil, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper and olive oil and anything else I feel like putting in it.

I was 343 when we started our low carb lifestyle (I'm down 40 pounds ) We have a digital scale that weighed me just fine. It probably came from Wal-Mart. I would imagine any digital readout scale will work. The old dial scales didn't go up high enough to weigh me.

And the restaurants on Sunday afternoons. We don't have to play beat the Baptist anymore to get a table at Ryans.
