We make everything from scratch. No bread. No rice. No pasta. No potatoes. No sodas. Limit alchohol intake and forget about a cold beer. Certain fruits and berries. Not all fruits are good for you carb-wise. There are 20 carbs in a banana for instance. W

We have added a third furlough day a month for our salaried employees this year. My shop guys are down to 32 hours a week. We have taken an additional 5% pay cut on top of the 20% we took at the beginning of last year. As an owner I still gotta work, no days off for me.
