Pickens really isn't that far. I usually head up 61 to Cartersville then turn right on Ga. Hwy 20 to Ga. Hwy 108 turn left. Once you get to Ga. 515 turn left. Before you know it you are in Jasper.

What about Millie the 8 1/2 pound wonder cat? You ever seen a mouse or rat here? She is terrifying!

TP had damning pic of Pubby with a goat, I think.

Even though it is a little warmer today, it feels wonderful. All the windows are open, the attic fan is rocking, nice breeze blowing through the house. I really wish we could be out enjoying it. I still am not getting around all that great. Today is the first day I am allowed to start putting weight on my ankle, so I'm sporting crutches for a few more days.

I have a friend of mine that worked for Home Depot that used to go to China a good bit too. He now works for one of the vendors he was going to China to see.

Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler. I think Blondie and I will make our way to the K-roger today and get stuff to make chili. mmmmm chili.

Good Lord, why do you people bother with his nonsense?

And I see whineguy came back.

Wish the final pic would have been better, it looked way better than the pic showed. My phone was about to die so it would not use the flash.

The finished product. DAYUM, it was wonderful! A couple of observations. Use low sodium cajun seasoning as well as the low sodium chicken broth. Have EVERYTHING ready to go as Blondie did. This is a fast paced meal to cook, you don't want to have to stop and measure anything whilst things in the pan burn. Prepare to wash every pot and pan in the house. Enjoy.

CHARLATANS!!! J/K Chiro's have their place but are by no means a one stop doc a lot of them portray themselves to be. I've been to a few of those types.

Used one of mine for you.

Oh Jenilyn! Blondie wanted to document her version of it for you like Pioneer Woman does hers. She has every thing prepared. More to come after she is done.

Yes'm. We have 2, 6oz filets coming up to room temp as we speak!

Pioneer Woman's Cajun Surf and Turf. We saw that recipe a couple of weeks ago and have been wanting to try it, so tonight is the night.

My kids would sleep through a hurricane. Never bothered them.

Thought Siri might be smokin the wacky backy.

I wouldn't use it. What if you ever had to take it back up? You don't need to nail quarter round into the studs, just nail one angled to the left and one next to it angled to the right, it won't go anywhere. Do you not have baseboard the quarter round would be nailed to?

No, it's not. I was at Disney World opening day in 1971. My dad worked for the crane company that supplied most of the cranes to build it so we got free tickets. I grew up in Tampa which is only an hour and a half away. We had season passes. I STILL have not seen all of it. Work with someone like Jill, she will save you money. I know that right now for certain dates, Disney is offering free meal plans. If you can get them free.....just sayin. If not, I would at least look into the lower priced meal plans. The ones where you might get 2 quick serves and a snack, or maybe

Those windows! Now that the rain has passed and the sun is not so bright, it feels great outside! Blondie just opened up the windows.
