And then there are those of us who have dealt with the county on issues similar to these and the story sounds very familiar to our own. BTW, this site is tame compared to most. But I do wonder why anyone would continue to frequent a place that actually renders them ill.

That is a city matter, not county. At one time Hiram was owed over $100,000 by the county. This was back in the days when Dewey Pendley was mayor.

All I can say is that I hope all of you that feel the need to slam Surpip on this situation are able to acquire something of value and then have the county screw you out of it. Until you have tried to defend your property from these sharks you just don't get the full effect. What I have learned through my experiences in life is that most of the people that think it is okay for the government to take something away from someone and share it with everyone are usually the people that don't have a pot to piss in.

It's far from over. Anytime there are crooks involved they won't stop until they get what they want. The court order was specific in saying that the judgment did not prevent future condemnation. Furthermore, if this tactic works it could prove to be an extremely valuable tool in controlling the crooks that control the government. I am seriously considering trying it on Paulding County. I need about 4,000 investors. That should be enough to blow their budget.

I am paying a lot of attention to the guy in Stockbridge that owns the flower shop that the City has been trying to steal through eminent domain procedures. He is selling off the lot to 4,000 investors for $25 each. This makes the cost of serving condemnation notices around $3.5 million. Now I have some property that Paulding County has been trying to get there hands on for the last five years. Anyone want to buy in? It could mean fishing rights to a couple of pretty good bass and bream lakes.

I prefer them raw in a salad. I have also had them where they were just wilted with hot bacon grease.

I had a Powder Springs cop do this to me once but he actually ran up on me from behind traveling at least 80 in a 45. I was watching him in my rear view trying to find a place to move over and he pulled me over for getting on the center line. He got a good butt chewing, I paid a fine. I would have liked to have stomped a mud hole in his butt. I had my kids in the car and in my opinion he was endangering our lives.

Me too! I had one of those "good Christian mechanics" rip me for $2,500.00. The way I see it is someone can't tell you are a "good Christian person" from the way you treat people or conduct yourself, you are in bad shape. Also, I see it as using Christ as an advertising ploy. And, I guess I see it as if the only thing you have to brag about is your religion, then you are probably not someone I would enjoy forming a business relationship with. Now that I think about it I have had a mechanic, a tv repairman and a chainsaw repair shop all rip me off and they all claim to be religious.
