For us it has been great. Service is great. TV is WAY better than Direct or Dish ever was. Internet is fast. Phone is fine. It IS expensive. We have all the channels. Here's a tip. They will install it on one set of pair and it is going to kick your internet off every 10 to 14 days. Try to get the installer to use two pair. Tell them you know about this being a problem and you would like to avoid the problem. Since the guy put mine on two pair it has never been down.
