  1. In the full video, they show them buying it, sharing it, even littering when they are done. There's no doubt they were drinking alcohol.
  2. Ha, that's what you get with an all-inclusive! You probably won't like the second one because it's not near the beaches. It's in the rainforest with views of the second most active volcano in the world, from your outdoor hot tub. If you can't get it to load, you can find them on FB too (Arenal Nayara) and TA as well. Ohhh, I found another all inclusive, The Occidental http://www.occidentalhotels.com/grand/Papagayo.asp but you'll never get to experience the real beauty of the country. Or the Four Seasons http://www.fourseasons.com/costarica/guest_rooms_and_suites/ I'm still parti
  3. The only all-inclusive I can think of in CR is http://www.paradisus-playa-conchal.com/ If you are going kid-free, go with the Royal Service (no kids allowed) and the Presidential Suite is a must http://www.paradisus-playa-conchal.com/pch-royal-service-presidential-suite.php . My favorite thing about this resort was not the resort, but the beach right outside of it. Although if you like large resorts, this one is beautiful. The best hotel in CR http://www.arenalnayara.com/index.php but I'm a little biased.
  4. I bought a ton of tees and tanks at Old Navy for a buck each. And a little boy gave me a flower in Cost Plus World Market. They had a ton at the Acworth Walmart yesterday as well.
  5. We opted for Kaua'i Island, HI this year. It's a longer flight but it just looks so unbelievably beautiful, and relaxing. Are you looking for huge, all inclusive resort, or more boutique, local style? Oh, and you probably know what my choice of the three would be Costa Rica is THE But if you want the beaches, it'll be HOT (90 degrees+)
  6. TMZ called him out on faking it well over a year ago. He annoys me.
  7. I can probably get close enough to spray it, just not close enough to wipe it. But I like your sis' idea! I guess I could put down some plastic sheeting under the fixture and let it drip clean. That's some ingenuity right there!
  8. I have a light fixture in my house that is driving me bat-poop crazy! It is at least 25 feet off the ground, with no remotely safe way to reach it. It is disgustingly dirty and everyday I see it, I want to scream. Someone had told me about a glass cleaner you can spray on, and don't have to wipe off. They said it was something like, "Sparkle Magic", or "Magic Sparkle" but I can't find anything. I searched online and I checked out every cleaning aisle in every store I can think of. Has anyone heard of this? Or do you have a way to reach something ridiculous like this? I can't use a lad
  9. What does being from Somalia have to do with it? It happens everywhere, every nationality, every age, every socio-economic status. I didn't see the point of even mentioning it in the article.
  10. My personal fave is the mailbox planted in the old milk jug.
  11. I can count on one hand how many quality, business signs I see. The majority are handwritten, misspelled, faded, and illegible. Personally, I would never use a business that advertises by littering the side of the road. Glad to see they are cleaning it up and collecting "littering fees" for those who can't follow the rules.
  12. It's about time a decent movie came out! My husband and I used to go to the movies every Tuesday afternoon. We haven't gone in months because we can't find any decent ones. We'll definitely go see this one.
  13. People with handicaps can still work. Or perhaps its for a family member. Really, why does it matter? At least they are working and not sitting on their lazy butts collecting disability like so many able-bodied people do.
  14. I guess I'm a dolt, but didn't you just prove his point? eta: I guess I can kind of see your point by the crosses but then again, not really. It's a cemetary.
  15. Darn reading comprehension. If you read what you posted, you would have had your answer for the 11 flags hours ago.
  16. He's not so anonymous now. The person who complained is veteran of the war in Afghanistan http://www.myfox8.com/news/wghp-story-veteran-flag-100917,0,6061461.story
  17. There are 25-30 or so religious symbols available for gravemarkers in Arlington... http://www.arlingtoncemetery.mil/funeral_information/authorized_emblems.html Glad to see they finally authorized the Wiccan symbol.
  18. I have a Toshiba NB205 and I LOVE IT! I initially bought it to use while traveling. It's so light, much easier to get through security at the airport, and has a 9 hour battery life. My Toshiba has been all over the world with me. But I use it solely for internet, no downloading, no pictures, etc. It doesn't replace a laptop or desktop. I didn't purchase wifi service through any of the big companies. I have wifi in my home, and when traveling, I use whatever signal I can get.
  19. I'll replace my Toyota Solara with another Solara. I can't imagine having anything different. The V6 is 200hp which is just enough "get up and go". It has the quality of a Toyota with a nice, sporty side. I also have a Corvette which I love, love, love but it is far from a practical everyday car.
  20. Barnes and Noble carries all kinds. Or get a Thomas Guide at Sam's Club.
  21. I cracked up when they showed the bloody jeans the guy was wearing the night of the fight. He never washed them. Which means the money grubbing d-bag meant to sue from the beginning. If I were on that jury, I wouldn't have given him squat. But I LOVE me some Kid Rock!!!!!
  22. Glad they are doing it. People not only block right of ways with their signs, but then they leave them there to litter the county.
  23. What an idiot though. Protests on 9/11? Both sides of the debate should be ashamed for exploiting the deaths of 3000+ innocent people. Leave it for another day.
  24. Can you please post how to get the records? I'm sure there are a lot more out there who are going to ask this question again in the future.
