  1. have a Kohler 14.5 HP engine, vertical shaft design that will fit most riding tractor lawn mowers. Engine runs great, fully inspected flywheel, starter, and just cleaned the carburetor. Features full pressure lubrication, hydraulic lifters on OHV's, fuel pump, etc. It is currently mounted on a Craftsman rider mower that's too far gone to rebuild, so I am just selling the engine. Anyone needing a replacement engine for a riding mower, this is the top of the line engine on the market, IMO. The engine is a few years old, but runs nice and clean, and does not burn oil. New engines of this design
  2. No sunburn here....just racked in pain from working. My body hasn't quite adjusted to doing the mower gig again. However, my wife and young'ns laid out on the back deck today and got some sun. Lucky them!~ It was certainly a BEAUTIFUL day though. I would have much rather been out fishing somewhere, but alas, Saturdays are my busiest of all days, so looks like nothing but hard work for me. I could certainly use a day off!!
  3. You use Comcast mail? I have two separate Outlook programs, one is the Express that comes with Windows and the other is 2002 Office suite. BOTH are just farting all over the place, and I don't know exactly why. I can access my email through the Comcast site, but the mail servers that send and receive to Outlook don't seem to be working. Is anyone else having this problem? Apparently the standard email service is okay, since I can log on to each account and get my mail. But is it possible that Comcast is having a problem in how you access your mail via Outlook?? It's driving me crazy, and killi
  4. Gotta run, Sweetey. But you have my number. If you need anything at all, you know who to call! Hope you get to feeling better soon.
  5. From the past week, I can tell you this- once they changed the time, it threw me WAY off kilter. Then add the pollen to make my head feel like it's going to X-plode from the first few hours of the day. My body is adapting though. Exercise is the KEY!!! I have my coffee (straight, strong and black) to get my eyes to open completely up, then do my stretches, then work out for about 15 mins every morning (actually more like 11 a.m.). Try that first. Fact is that B12 shots are only useful for elderly people (I KNOW you are not that old! ) There's a chemical in your stomach called "intrinsic factor
  6. You know where I live...we have live music at my place, a large bon fire up the street, and......well...think of my neighborhood as what Six Flags used to be when we were just kids!! This is a sprawling paradise, to say the least!! Okay...I'm gonna pick a song or two, refill my drink and head back out to the bon fire. Come by if you just need that certain "something" to get you feeling in the spirit again. Subby's got yer back!! (OMG!!...I just referred to myself in the 3rd person)! Oh...and Chelly's hanging out with us too, so there's you another smart, very cool gal to yap
  7. It's a beautiful day!!! I hung up a bird house 2 days ago, and some little finches are looking it over this morning!!
  8. For reasonable rates, and top quality work, give me a call. I fix all consumer brands of lawn mowers, and most other small engines. No long waits, and excellent service~ Glenn 678-315-8794
  9. Business is starting to trickle in, but I could sure use a lot more!!
  10. Good Morning, and Happy St. Patty's Day!!
  11. Oh.....I understand the confusion now..we have a Ferguson Rd. right off of Dallas-Nebo too....Smith Ferguson I think it is..?
  12. I am a Home-Boy....never go far away. But one time I did...me, dad, my brother, and a good friend all went out to see the country. Well...we hit The Gateway in St, Louis, then trekked across a state they call Missouri, which reminded me of a sort of I-285...there was a "town" stop for almost 6 hours!!! Finally, the next state 9sharing the same town name, although this was not the capital, "Topeka"....get my drift? Anyhoo....not only was beer sold on Sunday, but everyone from here to Yellow Stone Park, then through the Rockies in Colorado, all seemed to ask us the same question....."you
  13. I don't know this "Bill Heath" guy...but from what I am reading, it's skeers the shiznit outa me that such narrow minded people are actually in the high positions they are. And I mean SKEERY....but yall remember!! YOU are the voters. When you hear about such crazy talk, make a mental note of it (in my case, I need to use post-it's!) but either way.....there's always another election coming up.
  14. Damn man!!! I spewed beer all over my computer office area, fell out of my chair (which has a 5 year "form" to my ass)...what else can I say??? That's the funniest dang thing I've heard (or read) all day.....all week, in fact!
  15. AWESOME....you remind me of....ME!!
  16. I would like to add....if you have any RIDING mowers, preferably Snappers, but tractors are ok too, I am willing to barter a rebuilt self propelled push mower for something that's not too far gone.
  17. Yes, I do that. 341 Ridge Run Drive Hiram, GA 30141 Is it a push mower or riding mower? Got it.
  18. Business is slowly picking up, but until the mad rush hits, I wanted to see if anyone had any non-working mowers they wanted to have hauled away. Please give me a call, tell me what you've got, and let's set up a pick up time. I'll take them off your hands, and either use them for parts or rebuild them, depending on what kind of shape they're in. Either way....you'll be able to free up some garage space, on your end!! If they look like they'll be fixable without costing an arm and a leg, I might even offer you a little cash, to boot. Thanks folks- Glenn - 678-315-8794. I appreciate it
  19. For quality repair work and very reasonable rates, give me a call. Complete repairs and tune ups on all consumer brand mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, generators, tillers, blowers, etc. Turn around time is FAST, and the quality is unbeatable!! If you don't have a way to get riding mowers to me, then I have a guy who can help you with that too. Just let me know. Thank you for your business!! Shop Hours Are Mon-Sat (some Sundays) From Noon until 8:00 p.m. Please call ahead, if you would before dropping off equipment. I would appreciate it. Call Glenn 678-315-8794
  20. In my business I know several landscaping companies who are regular customers of mine. You could always email his info, and I'll be happy to pass it on to them. The season is almost here, and there will be plenty of work...in the sun!! This year I decided I would take in one young guy who wanted to learn the trade, but I already have one, otherwise, I would offer that. But the landscaping bizz is not bad at all.
  21. They did away with that some while back.
  22. Also depends on "what" she blew. If you blow over a certain amount (I think it's 0.15) then it's TWO counts of DUI. That would be the only way I would personally pay an attorney. For about 2K, the lawyer can usually have the second DUI dropped with the solicitor. TDGITW is basically right about everything, except, if you didn't spend enough time in the tank before you got bailed out, you WILL have to go back until you spend your 48 mandated hours (which is usually cut in half to 24). But anything short of 24 hours, your friend may as well dress comfortably on sentencing day, cause they hau
  23. You aint kidding! That's just awful. The nuke plants are what worry me the most though....jet streams and all.
  24. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this!!! My no. 1 mechanic mentioned this to me this morning when he came over to work. I hate to say it, but I have very few friends who even get the joke. So, thanks for being the SECOND person all day who brought this up!! Hey, I know....I'll toss in a picture to help some folks along..... Pies are much better if you have them after 3:14 in the morning! 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510...
