From what I understand a state's militia does not report to the president or the US military. I do believe they report to the governor of that particular state. My primary care physician told me MONTHS ago that his office was ordered by Wellstar to send all patients with flu symptoms to a particular urgent care clinic in Kennesaw! I checked Wellstar's web site and even there they are telling patients from our area to go to the same urgent care clinic in Kennesaw. Keep in mind that in the New Hope area, in addition to the lives lost in the Civil War battles, there was a MASSIVE jet liner crash in the 70s. I remember very clearly watching it on the news with my Mom while 2 of my uncles were leading different volunteer fire departments for the area trying to control the blaze. My Dad said that the pilot was making an emergency landing onto 92 and was actually doing a good job until he hit a curve.
