Im glad the board stood up and did what is right. So many kids now feel entitled for everything and do not take any consequences for their actions. They think Mommy and Daddy will always get them out of trouble.

I never even take the yellow pages out of the plastic bag they are delivered in. They go straight to the recycle bin. I generally use online searches.

All I will say is good luck if you are trying to get any answers from the service dept. from the dealer on Dallas Hwy. Dont expect too much.

Almost all of the cans have arrows pointing to the street. These are to make sure the can is in the correct direction for a garbage truck with an automatic lift. If the can has the handles to the street the driver has to get out and turn the can aroound. On these type trucks the driver is generally the only operator. My trash company does not have an automatic truck but I still point the arrows to the street because it is easier for me

They ran a cat-5 line to the main box and it uses your existing Coax cable that comcast uses to run to the tv's. I do not have the phone service either. I only use cell (verizion) if you have AT&T cell I think you can bundle it in if you like.

U-verse is VDSL. This is much faster than the so called "fast access DSL" which is horrible. I previously had Comcast internet. The U-verse 12mbps speed I have matches or exceeds the Comcast internet I had. They have faster plans if you wish to pay more but I chose to keep the cost near the Comcast price. I think it is $45 a month.

I have U-verse and love it. DO NOT sign up at an AT&T store. It is cheaper online. You can sign up there and get free installation and gift cards. I got $350 in gift cards and $10 credit each month for 6 months for using electronic billing. I stopped by a store first and did not like the people. They are franchised dealers and are out to make money for themselves so you do not get the best deal.
