I know Georgia is making money selling them that could have gone to those states. A lot of people are not considerate of animals, especially dogs and cats, elderly people and people with some type of disabilities when it comes to shooting fireworks.

For several decades Atlanta was known to tear down old buildings and build new buildings. I think the mayor (cannot remember if it was Samuel Mansell or the late Ivan Allen Jr) had the old Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium built in the Summerhill neighbourhood right after people protested against the purposed freeway (I-485, I think) from being built that would have torn down many buildings and homes throughout the city. I guess the city gave up trying to make Summerhill a destination for people to eat and shop after the white flight started in the 1970's, people started fleeing to the suburb

I do not want the commercialised airport to be here, but would not mind if it is in surrounding counties (Cobb, Bartow, Douglas, Haralson, Polk, Carroll, etc.) I do not want to live in a crime-infested county and where there are smogs.

Anyone really believe foods at Kroger and other grocers are made fresh daily should spend all day in the deli/bakery kitchen.
