If you are a Spectrum (Charter) subscriber, you may want check out their WIFI hotspots. They have over 300k WiFI hotspots now. I have not used MIFI (mobile WIFI) hotspots in years, not too crazy about them.

I have used Uber couple of times. The last one left me with a bad experience. I rather not get into it as it was taken care by the company. To use the service, you would need to download their free app. Search for Uber app on Google Play or App Store. Also, you might want to try Lyft, it is similar to Uber. You will have no problem with Uber/Lyft in Gwinnett.
