I just learned today that if vendors take monthly payments from your account; AND within a year you changed your bank account number, they continue to use your old number. The payment shows up under your current account but was actually put in on that of the old account. Have you changed your payment account number within the past year?

I have 5 tvs (excessive, I know). And this morning 2 of them had no sound. Panic!! Because I "listen" more than I watch. My tiny tv in the kitchen just fits on the counter. I measure it and order a tv from Amazon immediately!. So I took my stuff into the "office" and the tv there has no sound. I quickly cancel the tv order. Call Comcast. How did I fix it?? from the back of the cable box, I pulled out the power supply cord; waited 5 seconds and plugged it back in. For both tvs Two tvs; at the same time. That is crazy.
