This is a young hospital; it may take awhile to build a good patient support department. I wonder the extent of training they get. I can tell you that the hospitals in PA that had my brothers were excellent. Both when I was there and when I was here. I am so sorry; but I will indeed continue to pray.

Are the Drs. not keeping her informed? There should also be a social worker in the hospital to ask for help.

Years ago, Hardees was one of our biggest customers. I don't know what happened; but they went down hill. Very few locations. Actually we like LaBamba. I only had one meal I did not care for. Better than the place by Ridge Rd Kroger.

I worked for a food manufacturing company; in fact, ConAgra was a customer. As big as they are, they would not stay in business without a crazy crazy audit system from outside sources. I would call them back!! Get a name. What we did - we, the managers, met in a large room. You have to go through a huge step by step process for that exact meal. ConAgra will contact everyone of there suppliers that supplied anything whatsoever for that product. Well having had 2 brothers on the traech (sp), I have a lot of confidence in it. It looks and sounds ugly and scared the crap out of me; but it sure works great!!
