    I would like to expand my cement patio and have it covered with a roof. In other words, change a patio to a simple porch. Who to call? This will involve cement; not a wooden deck. Thanks for your help. PMs also welcome.

    Ok, I have COPD but walking improves how you feel and it improves overall health. I won't be walking a marathon; I won't be walking 5 miles per day. But I would like to work up to 2 miles. Any recommendations? Thank you

    I feel guilty but I just can't take this heat.

    My daughter and I; and son in law and two grand girls decided not to get together this year. By the end of the day, we were just miserable. I miss it and so does she. We don't hide eggs any more; they are teens. But ignoring a family dinner is a terrible decision. Will not do that again. am ashamed. We sometimes used to put pennies, etc. in the eggs.

    And hateful words will NEVER change another person's opinion. I can not respect anyone who flings hateful words and I am immediately dismiss their opinion.

    I tried to find some dark cloth yesterday but I don't have anything on hand. This is bird "love" season so he if fighting with his reflection thinking it is a rival. He was 5 minutes early today. Last year, I had one attacking my living room window.

    Of course my dogs came running inside. They do not defend against guns. But what the heck is going on?

    I don't get up before then. The attack makes the dog growl. The bird attacks between every 7 to 10 seconds for about an hour and a half. Birds are pretty; but not as an attack bird at 7:15. What will deter Mr. Robin from picking a fight with his reflection?

    My cheat with potato cubes. Frozen hash browns, country style. I don't peel and cut up potatoes anymore. Don't tell my mom and grandma.

    This just happened with a friend of mine; her parents. They died within 8 hours of each other. A blessing for them and the family.

    I also used Jennifer's rescue several years ago. I don't know how you even look at a dogs and not take one of them; lol. I refuse to go to Pet Smart on Saturdays; I can't stand it!!!!!!!
