I don't understand why you would waste the FBI's time with something this silly.....the fire exit was not blocked. He was parked near the exit, but not in front of it.....

I just can't wait until it's over and the backlash from the losing party has passed. While I am pro-life (with the exception of health of mom or baby, rape, or incest), I don't think it's constitutional to prevent a woman from having an aboortzion (up to a certain point in her pregnancy). Having said that....I don't think that is in jeopardy at this point in time. I also don't think by voting for Romney women will be "back in the kitchen", "black people will be back in chains", and "gay marriages will be revoked" or whatever other extreme nonsense that I have been hearing on the radio.

I have a friend who lost a sibling. That sibling's child went to their ex (biological parent). There is some concern of the parent's ability to care for the child. Out of concern for the child my friend wants to try and obtain custody, but doesn't know where to start. I've never been in this situation so I don't know where to point them either. Has anyone gone through this situation before? There is a house in my neighborhood on the street behind mine..... Every weekend I hear the roar of a Mustang being reved all day long. It's so loud that if I'm on my front porch talking to my husband we can't hear eachother. If it's that loud to me from behind my house.... I can't imagine the neighbors across the street from Mustang. Is a sound ordinance not being violated? This has been going on forever and I'm kinda surprised nothing has stopped it yet. They stop before 8 usually, but my question is the volume and it's consistent timing.

I spank my kids when necessary.... But I never leave marks on them. Punching your kids leaves a mark too... But surely you see that as abuse. my dad used a belt on me many times..... And left a belt shaped bruise once. he was so upset with himself that he never did it again. He found new ways to punish me.

I don't understand why that call wasn't revoked immediately. Worst. Call. Ever. And the likelihood of it being over turned is slim.

I live very close to the animal shelter so it was in that area. It woke me up at 1:40 this morning and scared the crap out of me. If it was someone just shooting for fun.... considering how far the sound travels I think that is very inconsiderate.

I just heard what sounded like 8 gun shots a few minutes ago. Anyone else hear it?
