I have banana pepper plants that I am going to plant this weekend. This is my first time growing anything. I also have tomato plants better bush. There are lady bugs on my pepper plants. Is there anything I should do to the plants to keep bugs off them? I'm hoping that I will be successful at gardening!!

Last week a neighbor in our subdivision decided to burn the bushes and shrubs between his house and his neighbors house. We live across the road from his neighbor. It smelled like burning wood all through our house with the windows closed. I can't imagine how the neighbors house smelled. I know they called the cops because he just lit everything up where it was. He didn't even make a pile.

We bought a lot of things at Best Buy and always went to him, especially for the TV. Nicest employee they ever had!!

We are putting up a fence. We want to fence in the back and sides all the way to the front of the house. The electric meter is on the side of my house. I want to make sure that there are no laws about having a meter in your fenced yard. I know our meter is electronically read so they don't come out to read it anymore.Our utility lines are underground and not in the way. Who can I call to find out? I called Greystone power and they didn't know. TIA
