Thats wha s are saying the 2 front properties could take 10 minutes to mow or even the 60 plus houses take turns to mow which would be a lot cheaper!!!

They say it is to maintain the front of the subdivision but doesn't ever look any different and to pay a landscaper to come and cut the little bit of grass??? Oh yeah and tbuilders went under before all the houses were complete. We never had this the first year we lived here now this???

What the difference is between a Homeowners Association and a Community Action Committee? In our subdivision we Don't have a HOA but, these certain people decided to get a group together and and they call themselves the action committee??? They are trying to collect fees (yearly). We have no pool or playground in our subdivision. Everyone up keeps their own houses. So can they legally collect money when they state they are not a homeowners association, but an action committee? TIA

My house is 2 yrs old and I still can't find it on gps or mapquest!!!

I wanted to see if you had anything for people that don't have any friends or relatives in the area .My daughter is turning 4. We only have our 6 kids. We don't know anyone in the area. But wanted to bring the kids the little ones were never at pump it up or any other place like that. Do you have a special for someone that just wanted a private gathering for their six to play but not the party room. On a weekend first thing in the morning. Just curious.
