I do not know what I am talking about? I said I know it is hard! So a doctor has to be have been an addict to help addicts? That makes no sense. I have seen the withdrawals it does to people. I have read it is extremely hard and that the withdrawals are close to the same as herion for some. I do not have to experience to know that it sucks. If someone I knew wanted to quit I would say Good Job. I would not bother them every day about it because that would only annoy them.

No I do not smoke- so what- i told the OP I know it is hard to quit, but it can be done and I wish them best. geez I do not have to be a recovering addict to encourage someone to stop smoking cigs, meth, butt fuzz, whatever.
